My BMW had suffered damage from a hit and run. Exceptional quality of work with all original BMW parts and customer service. Keeping me informed during the process was ok, but, it could have been a bit better. Picking my car up I ran into trouble that delayed me. Josh patiently and politely waited for me over an hour after closing time! He refused a tip! I had to almost force him to accept it. I highly recommend them!

Jerome is not customer friendly at all! Could never get a time frame on completion of work. One week turned into one month. Never received phone calls or updates. Will never return back or recommend them again!

Repair appears to be good. Estimate provided in early June. Car dropped off late July. Took additional 6+ weeks for repair (nothing structural beyond replacing 1impact beam). Got call saying car was done. It wasn’t. The Front end collision sensor had not been calibrated. Hard to miss as it’s barking at you on dash… yet they said car was ready for pick up. Had to call my ride to come back and waited 3 more days. Never once during 6+ weeks was I contacted for an update on work or ETA of completion. I’d called for ETA approx 4 weeks in and call was disconnected when I attempted to get more detail. You might have a better experience If you’re not driving something manufactured in Germany. Again, work looks good (so 2 stars for getting it fixed). I won’t be back and can’t recommend them.

Highly recommend. Customer service and quality of work was exceptional. Price was reasonable. Several reviews stated that it took forever to get their vehicle back; however, I would take quality over a rapid return any day. Took about 3 weeks to get my car back, and half of that time was waiting for the insurance to approve necessary changes to the initial quote.
