I believe the team was professional and straightforward with me about the vehicle I was purchasing. Same was very clean with only minor scuffs on the paint. Though I was surprised to see the backseat headrests missing from the car and my car had trouble starting the day after I bought it. This was do to the terminal connections which are quite old.

Contacted a sales rep about a car, submitted a credit application, and was told when banks open the next day we would finalize the sale. The next morning, the sales rep informed me they had sold the car to someone else. I know that mistakes happen but after a long car search and finally landing on a good vehicle, it was really disappointing to say the least. Food for thought for any future buyers.

This dealership is a complete scam. They sold me a vehicle with numerous undisclosed issues. They even threatened to report my car stolen even though I had all the signed paperwork. I’ve only had the car for three months, and now I've been told the engine is completely ruined. I’ve only had this vehicle for three months, and I’ve already had a terrible experience. I would give them zero stars if I could.

Unfortunately have to change my review. My wife and I have purchased 2 vehicles for here within a the past year both vehicles has had engine failure issues it has been 10 months since we purchased a 2019 Jeep and with regular maintenance and upkeep on the vehicles the head gasket blew, and my 2010 ram 1500 both fuel pump and entire engine block had to be replaced. Not sure if its just extremely bad luck or they are just trying to get wrid of vehicles that have known but hidden issues but it is odd to see that all 3 vehicles we have gotten from here has had major issues within a year of pruching. But dont get me wrong service was incredible here and super nice people but the vehicles they have sold have been terrible. Response: I did try contacting I called the main dealership like last time with my fuel pump went out and was told to call the shop and I did was on hold for 17 mins and 22 the second time I called. Called the dealership again and was told that you guys will call the shop and told me to wait for a call. Never received a call back.

Literally the best experience I have had buying a vehicle. Shaunteill and Beau were super helpful from the time I made contact with them through text then later in person. I never felt pressured and even after I got denied though my own bank they had found an even better deal through another bank to get me the vehicle that I wanted. The price of the vehicle matched what it was worth with other vehicles like it so there was no need for major haggling, and even with the things that I did have issues with it they have promised to get them fixed with in time. I would recommend this place to my own mom if that helps. Thank you Shaunteill and Beau for the great experience!

Purchase a car there at forthright auto about 3 months ago. Company very aggressive on warranties. The were pressuring me to get a warranty. Having a hard time counseling the warranty. Most extended warranties are not worth it if the car is decent. Forthright said they were going to give me a warranty included in the price and then changed it the next day after I paid a deposit & signed the contract. Questionable ethics.

I bought a car from Forthright Auto from a salesman named Chris. We completed payment and all paperwork, and I was told everything was set, they would send in the paperwork immediately, and that my registration and plate would arrive within 30 days. Shortly after, I was hired by a courier company, but I couldn’t start working without my official registration. After checking the DMV website daily for 10 days and seeing no status, I called the DMV and was told they had received no paperwork at all from Forthright. When I called Chris, he hesitated and then said they hadn’t sent the paperwork yet because the check might still be clearing — even though it had already been 10 days. (I checked with the bank and the check cleared the day after I bought the car) I explained that I urgently needed the registration to start work, and he promised to send the paperwork immediately. Two more weeks passed. Still nothing. My temporary registration was going to expire in 6 days. The DMV again confirmed they had received nothing. When I called Chris back, he then told me they couldn’t send the paperwork because I needed an emissions test — something I was never informed about before, despite being told everything was ready to go. I asked him why he didn’t let me know this sooner and when were you gonna tell me that I need to get it done? He said “Yeah I don’t know.. but get it done so we can send the paperwork..” I got the emissions test done immediately and emailed them all required documents. In that email (and multiple follow-ups), I asked what time I could come in to pick up my plate and requested a teal plate instead of black. No one replied. After several more follow-ups, Chris said he would be pick up the plate on Tuesday (after MLK Day). When I called Tuesday to confirm, a staff said Chris did not go to pick up the plate but Tracy would do It the next day. She then snapped at me for simply and politely clarifying if I could come in to get the plate tomorrow and said “TRACY WILL PICK IT UP TOMORROW” I was shocked at the level of rudeness for simply asking a clarifying question. When I finally went in to pick up my plate, they gave me a black plate, despite my repeated requests for teal. Chris acted like this was the first time he’d heard of it even though he had replied to my email asking for the teal plate and claimed they must have “run out,” even though there was a stack of teal plates sitting right next to him for other customers. It was obvious to me that he never made an effort to cross out black and write teal on the paperwork. (Also the day I bought the car the tire pressure warning light came on and after forthright checked it they said the tire pressure was fine and they just needed to turn off the warning light. It came on again a few days later and when I checked the tires they had been over inflated to 38,38,37 and 35 psi despite the regulation being 33 psi! Once I deflated the tires to 33 psi the light has never come back on) At no point did anyone apologize or take responsibility — just excuses, delays, and shifting explanations. Their Google responses show the same pattern: deflect, deny, and never own mistakes. Once they have your money, they clearly stop caring. This experience cost me time, income, and a lot of unnecessary stress. I would not recommend this dealership to anyone.

Went to Forthright to purchase a 2018 Lincoln MKC that they have since 08/01/2025. Was willing to trade in a nice Volvo S60. After going over details with the sales man name Chris I was Satisfied to go forward , however never purchase a Vehicle without a Test Drive. I.was waiting on him to offer that to me. For some reason I guess he forgot since my purchase was based on my Leg space. So I'll just move on. However if you go there I think a Test drive will be appropriate before signing and buying. I believe they're reputable.

The staff at Forthright Auto is friendly and helpful. I highly recommend this place. I recently purchased a 2012 Honda Accord. It was a one owner with complete maintenance records. Reasonably priced. Entire car detailed like new. No pressure to buy. Took a test drive and loved it. It is a 14 year old car. It drives nice. The service shop is off North Coors, so getting in if you need it can take a while, just like my son-in-law's shop does. Car shops that are any good are busy.

After a long and pushy visit to another dealership where they refuse to accept that we didn't like the vehicle, we visited Forthright Auto. We told them we were looking to see a RAV4 we saw on their site. Unfortunately, it wasn't on the lot at the time. So we test drove a couple other vehicles. After 3 test drives we decided we liked one more than the others. There was no sales pushing at any point. Simple offer to test drive followed by if you're interested then let's start the process for approval. While that was a time consuming process, in the end we got a good price, a good rate and a new to us CR-V. Thank you Updated to add we needed one thing looked at a couple days after buying the car. We were told repeatedly that they were telling the tech and he would call us to schedule something. We never received the call. We had checked in with the dealership 3-4 times. We eventually just gave up and dealt with it on our own.
