Crooked no customer service he told me In the beginning it would run about $300 To fix my car to make it pass smog I noted it Turned into $642 and it still not ready to smog He says needs to do more troubleshooting .

If I could give this place anything less than a 1 Star review I would. First off crooked. At this place a typical 200$ repair will run you in the thousands. Second off WHERE IS YOUR CUSTOMER SERVICE? I had an urgent repair needed for my RV, a leaking axle seal and all I requested was that the repair be done in a timely matter, I did not even question your ridiculous prices since the repair was urgent.... The shop owners’ response to me was that he would do the repairs when he wanted with no set deadline. When I questioned that he outright disrespected me and told me it would take a month, after which he told me he didn't want to do it at all. You run a repair shop not a VIP service; I would strongly advise you treat customers with A LITTLE respect. Karma can be a real B*^%$ you know. So you want my review? Don’t go here.

He is very nice. My car has some howling noise when engine is running. He help me diagnosing the problem carefully and explain the symptom very gently. As the problem is from a newly replaced power steer pump form Honda dealership, he recommend me to be back to them and request warranty. I'd like to say I found a trustable man to take care of my car in future. Big Thumb up!

I have been taking my vehicles and RV to Long's for over 20 years. I find his analysis of what the issue is to be very sound and also competitively priced. He has corrected an exhaust (from Feetwood) issue in my motorhome that required custom welding and it has never failed again in 15 years. He has rebuilt the short block on my 2000 Subaru and that too was perfect and priced right. I am an electrical engineer by profession and grew up working on my cars so it is not easy to BS me and Long is of high integrity so I would not be concerned anyway. Be careful of the reviews you read as they often have hidden motives.

1St of all, the owner doesn't know how to talk to the customer. He serviced my oil change, and missed replacing the oil filter access cover, and I had to go to a Nissan dealership to get myself a new bolt.

After a distressing week, on my drive home, I made matters worse. I accidentally put DEF in my tank. The tow guy brought me to Mr. Long. Mr. Long gave me a price far below what a dealer could ever have expected. He was timely. And he found further problems from my faux pax. However, he continued to offer me a reasonable price. My car purrs like a kitten. Thank you, Mr. Long getting us back on the road. Our car is working so well, we may take the long drive and have you tune up our other Highlander the next time we are passing through.
