I arrived before they had opened on a sat June 3,2023. They are open on weekends but not 24/7. I walked over around 7:15 am Joey was in & took my information & said he would call as soon as the tec came in at 7:30 which was Todd. Very nice people I had went in because of a engine light that was on & was advised by my company to do b/c of the code that was popping up on there end. They were very friendly, & did everything to try & fix the issue which they were not able to the part I needed was on back order but they still went above & beyond to try & locate & fix the issue. I was able to make it to my terminal in Wi safely & get the issue fixed there. But they gave me the re assurance of being able to make it there by doing what they did! Many Tecs / machines I’ve met in the past don’t put in the amount of effort they did nor don’t have the customer skills they did. If I have issues going through Indiana again this will be my 2 go shop.

Very friendly and professional staff, they try to keep the facility, lot, and fuel islands clean. Drivers could help by placing trash in the many receptacles placed for that purpose. Not dumping your beverage leftovers on the lot would be helpful to all !

Great staff, very quick without sacrificing quality of their work. Special shout out to Cameron, he did a fantastic job fixing my air leak and providing excellent detail on the repairs he made to my truck, over all amazing shop, thank you for everything!

Stop here to get an oil change and tire repair, been here 10 plus hours. I don't recommend stopping here unless you want to do a 10 hour break waiting for repairs.

What a joke.. Checked in at 9am for an oil change and trailer lube, and they said only one technician, and he was going on a road call, and they would get me in as soon as he got back.. It's now 7 hours later, and I've watched them pull 4 other trucks in ahead of me.. It's this way EVERY time I attempt to use a Love's shop.. I will deliver my load in the morning and find a TA, Petro, or Boss shop to spend the $500+ for the work I need done.. Never going to try a Love's again!
