Left my vehicle with them for 2 weeks to have check engine light issues diagnosed and fixed. Within one week of having the car returned, check engine light came back on and other mechanic returned a multi-thousand dollar estimate to repair the car. Every repair LAT made ultimately failed.

6 months ago had some work done to my caddie . at the shop. (Headlight replaced ). Walking out to my car I noticed it was out again. Once at work I called LAT. And was told bring it right in. No appointment necessary All work is guaranteed. WOW!!!!! That sounds great. Thinking the to myself. This will be a full day nightmare Or Labor was not included, or some kind of hidden cost . I was in and out in less than an hour at no cost. So what I’m saying to anyone looking for a place to bring your car. Great mechanics as well as the Price same Service As the dealership at 1/2 The price

A couple of days ago I took my car in for inspection, they damaged the tint on my car. I didn't take my vehicle in to have it damaged they were more professional if they couldn't do the job they had to tell me what they intended to do. now i have to pay to fix their bad work. lousy customer service 👎🏽👎🏽👎🏽👎🏽👎🏽👎🏽😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡

This was, by far, the best place I've ever been to for any kind of car trouble/repair. My pregnant wife & I broke down on the side of the highway about an hour before they closed. I called and the manager said to bring it anyway and they would look at it first thing in the morning. We were from out of town and he offered a place for us to stay the night since we weren't familiar with the area! We ended up staying in a hotel but they sent someone to pick us up from the hotel and bring us to the shop! They were extremely nice when we got there and helpful. My car was done before we got there and it was a pleasure working with them. I definitely recommend this place to everyone!

My heart burst! Came in for a state inspection. They were open today—day after thanksgiving— and from my phone call to my time there, everyone was warm and welcoming! I was greeted by everyone that crossed my path with smiles and hellos. I just want to say Thank You Amir! You definitely went above and beyond. I got hit on my drivers side taillight a month ago and only managed to fix the light itself. I still had a pillow-sized dent on it. I came out for my car after waiting only about 10 minutes for ONLY my state inspection, and I ask him if I passed and he responded “I have something even better for you, I fixed your dent. It was a quick and easy fix.” And I couldn’t contain my happiness! I high-fived Amir and told him he made me super happy. I definitely plan on coming here for future services on anything auto related. They definitely put me (my car) and my happiness/satisfaction first. What a surprise and delightful experience.

Our Honda Odyssey broke down on 495 at midnight. Car 'limped over' to Lowell Automatic Transmission where we left it at night drop off. Paul, Derrick and team handled everything the very next day. Great, transparent service with clear communication and very accommodating. I had a transmission leak in my 4runner, it was quick and easy to make a dropoff appointment during covid. They gave a reasonable and accurate assessment of the time frame. The next day, they called saying the leak seemed to be a loose fitting, but they wanted to keep it overnight to make sure there wasn't another leak. Picked it up the next day, and wasn't charged for the time they spent or the fluid to top up the transmission. I'm very happy with their work and will be returning for future repairs; Overall they were friendly, professional, and more than fair, and the quality of service was excellent

The worst possible service after a car theft my car was towed to them by the police which was strange to begin with but they pleaded to do the work to fix the damage. Well they screwed me over with bad parts, radio from the junk yard with no knobs, A stick shift handle not secured and didn't match the car. The paint job was a light spray over the damaged areas. It was terrible. Don't go here. They are crooks.

These guys are great, honest, and they put in great work and if the mess up which they really don't that much, they'll stand behind it and fix whatever is wrong. It's hard to find nowadays in auto shops, but these guys right here are trustworthy. Make sure you give them a shot. Not to mention the incredible staff that is there all very nice guys and greet you with a smile and make sure you're taking care of.
