Jesse and Lucky Car Care are awesome! I know we will be back. Thank you for taking care of our car! That earlier review was my first experience with Lucky Car Care. We have old cars and have now been there 4 times now. (See I knew I would be back! ) Amazing service every time I have been back Jesse and his team are wonderful! Glad we found Lucky Car Care. Should I say we got lucky, because that's how I feel. I also get the feeling that he is incredibly honest - which you know is a must when finding a mechanic. 5 stars is not enough, Thank you again!! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

I want to thank Mr. Jesse, Ryan, for being the most reliable and honest individuals I’ve ever met. My truck started making a noise I couldn’t identify. Mr. Jesse asked me to describe the sound and he told me it could be three different things that would be causing that noise. I decided to get a diagnostic test from another shop and they told me my structs, shocks, and stabilizer needed to be replaced all at once. The labor and parts would cost me well over $2,000. I gave the paperwork to Mr. Jesse to look over and he told me that Ryan checked my structs and shocks. They were fine so it would have to be the stabilizer. Honestly, I didn’t want to spend that much money if I didn’t have to and I asked Mr. Jesse what would he do if it were him. He suggested to replace the stabilizer which was only $300. Thank God I put my faith in Luck Car Care because in the end I only spent $300 instead of paying over $2,000. I highly recommend this shop, you will not be disappointed. Thanks again for all you do!

Excellent service! Very professional and informative. Felt like the decisions were in my control without feeling pressured or upsold - I really appreciated that. When I called for a quote, they asked many questions and were writing them down for my file. Definitely detailed-oriented, which my particular car issues really needed. I really enjoyed the fact that they wrote information down and asked follow up questions. I felt like they really cared and respected my time. They were also honest about their pricing and actually provided pricing. These reasons were ultimately why I chose to work with them over other shops in the area. The service and communication during was great as well. Jesse was wonderful to talk to. I enjoyed that they wrote a summary of all actions taken and details of how they addressed the issues. The detailed summary was online as well, which meant I could keep it, read it (since it wasn’t messy handwriting), and have it for the future if needed. I also enjoyed that you can pay online. Felt like a real transition and I received a receipt that had some information to it. (Many car receipts I’ve received in the past only had the price and maybe the date on it. There was no other information). Lucky car care is different. They are professional, responsive, and wonderful for car service.

Thought I needed alignment Goodyear gave me an alignment and shouldn't of I took it back they admitted they left nuts and bolts loose! But my rack and pinion was actually toast sending me back on the road could of injured me and others. But Lucky's saved the day and let me purchase the part threw them had me on the road next day. And I did have to take it back Monday not their fault but a bushing was bad that wasn't included I felt bad they had to take it back apart fix it and didn't charge me. I will always recommend them to anyone and prices are very reasonable! I'm bringing my car back to do other things that been needing done. Thank y'all so much and appreciate you helping me and making sure I was safe on the road!

Working with them was incredibly easy and they were helpful from my initial call, even before bringing my vehicle in. The process of service was smooth, pricing was fair, and Jesse was incredibly friendly. A part had to be ordered for final repair to be completed, but they kept in contact about expected arrival date and when we could bring my car back. 10/10 definitely recommend.

Ive been going to Luckys for almost a year now. And they've always been fair in prices and have taken care of my vehicles. Jesse is great, he has more patience dealing with me and my freak outs when my car acts up, and also in dealing with my mother, than ill ever have!! Hes patient and knowledgeable and informative and takes the time to explain things...and he does this with all his customers. I know because I've spent many hours on their couch lol.
