Had excellent service in the beginning, but that quickly turned bad. I left my car for 2 days with no response as to what the problem was. I saw my car parked in the same spot for those 2 days and when I just stopped on my own to check he said it would take more time. I thought I had found a great mechanic who was going to be reliable! I'll keep looking!

Wow! Is all I can say these guys are quick and honest. I have a 2008 jeep liberty and it was shaking pretty bad while in gear. Luigi figured it out in 5 minutes, no exaggeration. It's hard to find an honest mechanic now a days, Well look no further. Luigi's Auto Service is the place to go. I will never go to another mechanic again. They also go mobile and do detailing as well. It's a one stop shop.

Wasted 10 days to ultimately tell me that it needs an alternator replacement.. I asked the owner or the manager or whoever that guy is to give me sometime to get it for him , he said that the car cannot be parked there any longer as they are busy . If you don’t have enough space in the garage . Don’t accept the job in the first place . So I had to rush to get the car ouf of there , guess what ? He charged me $145 for what he said is the diagnostic . If you’re charging that , at least be patient and fix the damn car . I would never recommend this guy to anyone.

The first time my car broke down, the engine misfired, with broken valves and one compressor that was completely not working (no idea what that meant until then). I don't know much about cars but I could tell it was serious. Luigie's shop was recommended to me by a good friend and when I went there, the service was simply amazing. They made me feel reassured about the condition of my car, gave me options, a fare estimate, and an expedited services. When I was told by other places that my car would need at least one week to be fixed, Luigie's gave me back my car at a 100% within 3 days. In summary, I would recommend this place to anyone and everyone. Excellent service, friendly people, great prices and safe environment.

My check engine light came on and I was having AC car issues. I called Luigie Auto Service this afternoon since this place came to me as highly recommended. When I spoke to Luigie he was nice enough to hear my issues with my car and give me a guess of what could or may need to repair my car and a range amount of what it could cost. I then took my car in for the first time today and he knew it was me that spoke to him on the phone as soon as I walked in his shop. He greeted me with a warm smile. He was able to give me a free diagnosis and a very good price. I can tell he was very passionate and patient with finding me the best deal on the part to my car that needed to be replaced. He also gave me some pointers on how to care for my car moving forward so that I can avoid any further damages to my car. I can tell he wants to work with his customers! Once I am able to save the money I need to fix my car I’m definitely choosing Luigie Auto Service to repair my car.

I went to Luigie's after experiencing issues stemming from being a bad car owner, and within hours I knew what was wrong and what needed to be done. Please, please please !!!!! stay far away from this place their mechanic are very unprofessional took my car there to get fixed and they did not put screws back, which made my car not work properly. Also, the owner Luigi is a horrible mechanic. He charges a lot of money and does not fix the problem for your car. Please do not take your car here you will get scammed out of a lot of money .
