After reading all 250 5-star reviews, part of me was skeptical that this shop is really that good. They are beyond that good. This is a place that you walk in to and instantly feel like family, they are kind and compassionate and very communicative. You want easy process go to luzo auto! I recently was in an accident where someone smashed into me. My whole front passenger side was a wreck. They fixed it fast. Great people made entire process very easy as my car was in accident. The end result is you would never know car was involved in any kind of accident. The work that was done was extremely professional and in no way could you expect somewhere else to come close to the work that was done at luzo auto body A+ results when completed. Car had 8500 in damages and now car looks like the day i bought it. Even with that amount of damages with there help i was still able to save 2500 on the repairs. Thank you Luzo auto body. Don't risk auto body work being done somewhere else. Luzo auto body will not disappoint but you will most definitely be more than satisfied with the work perfomed on your vehicle. Luzo's came recommended by a friend who had worked done on his Audi S4. I had rust blistering the fender on my VW R32 and Victor said replacing the fender and spraying to match was the proper repair. I brought my first car to Luzo 15 years ago. I was young and was living paycheck to paycheck. Someone had struck my car and while it wasn't my fault and the repair wasn't going to cost me anything out of pocket, I was stressing about how I was going to get to work while my car was in the shop. So I was driving from auto body shop to auto body to ask how long an estimated repair would take. I worked in the South Shore area at that time and didn't have a credit card to be able to rent a car. When I came to Luzo, I asked Victor if it would be possible to drop the car on a Friday and get the work done on a weekend so that I could miss the minimal amount of time from my job. He said "I think I solve that problem for you" and he handed me the keys to a small car owned by their shop at no charge. I couldn't believe it. That simple gesture made me a lifelong customer. And my family and I have exclusively brought them our cars a half a dozen times since. Including two more times just in this past year. Their work is always excellent, fast and they go above and beyond to make everything easy. If insurance is involved they take care of the paperwork, the estimates, dealing with the adjusters and ordering all the necessary parts. All that I've ever had to do is drop my vehicles off, sign at the X in a few spots and that's it. They are truly the best. There are not very many businesses that I would take the time out of my day to write a long, detailed review about but Luzo is definitely the exception. They have been so incredibly good to me and my family over the years. They are the type of small, locally owned, family first business that everyone should support. They go above and beyond to help their customers. Victor is the best. Adrianna is always a delight to talk to. And their techs are the most skilled guys in town. If you don't believe me just go read the hundreds of other reviews. You can't fake a 4.9 rating. I can't recommend these folks enough! SUPPORT THE LOCALLY OWNED BUSINESSES THAT HELP THE GOOD PEOPLE OF NEW BEDFORD! LUZO is one of those businesses!
