I took my truck in to the A/C fixed last summer, I paid $1,400 for the first visit, I then had to return a month later due to another problem also involving the A/C which then I had to pay $500 for a new compressor, since then I have had to repeatedly take my truck back to fix the same problems, I recently took my truck for the SAME issue, they proceeded to hold on to the truck for two weeks, during those two weeks I drove past the shop to see my truck parked out in the lot not being worked on, finally after two weeks of not receiving updates I had to call the shop myself for them to let me know that I could pick up the truck, they had not done any work to the truck and had only “diagnosed” the truck without calling or giving any updates for TWO weeks Basically I paid almost $2,000 for them to not fix the issue I had brought to them last summer

My car was here going to get the computer replaced. Days turned into weeks and weeks into months. They always needed more time. In the end I never got my computer replaced. In fact before I ever took it there, I had gotten new fans installed and different place. When Finally, I picked up my car, my fans no longer worked. In fact one of my new fans was gone and now was replaced by some oversize fan that did not even work. To make things worst, The mat in my trunk was now gone. These people obviously know how to fix cars because they're always busy. But would I ever go back there, or recommend them? Not a chance. Maybe if I was Latino. But there's no way I would go in there.

Took my truck because it was having problems with the air suspension the bags weren’t filling up, they fixed the problem and had a year guarantee, we agreed I needed new airbags so I would get them changed in February of this year, the truck had the same problem again a few months later so I took it thinking they would fix it due to the guarantee, they told me I would have to pay because it doesn’t cover what he fixed. Payed $1000 the first time, they wanted a little more than $2000 the second time. Took my truck elsewhere and they are only charging me $700. Scammed 😩

Where do I begin… I used them for a few years because nobody else would touch my foreign car, I thought they were actually fixing stuff but they were just setting me up to need to come back in. They put a makeshift battery in my car and I kept losing power and eventually it killed my alternator. I had my entire ac system done through them and it stopped working a few days after I got it back so I literally thought I was out of money for that, turns out that they didn’t even charge my system and I literally just had the chance to get it fixed by someone else just to find out that it’s good they just didn’t finish the job. It’s more an easy fix shop but if you need something big done you should take time to think if you really wanna bring it here

They took 1 week to diagnose my car, and there was no communication at all. After I confronted them, they found the problem the 6th day. I asked them to fix the problem, 6 days without communication, I decided to go to the shop only to find my car untouched. They said that they lacked parts. My problem is, they didn't communicate at all, any communication ww had I was the one to call. I finally had to take my car to a different garage where it was fixed

I dropped off my truck for a no start no crank. The mechanic called to tell me it was the fuse box which would cost around 120 according to him. He assured me that this would fix the issue. I went ahead and gave authorization to change the fuse box. They took weeks to call me back when they kept telling me it would be ready this week and then the next until it was almost a month. I got a call stating that the truck was ready and the total was $800. They stated due to the fact that they needed to change the computer and battery. Never did I receive a call with an estimate of the computer and battery nor did I give authorization to make the repairs on The computer and battery. I asked for a detailed breakdown of the estimate for parts and labor and the owner of the shop could not provide me one. The owner gave me two options to take the truck how we left it at the shop and take the parts he put in that took almost a month to fix. To take the parts off and just pay the diagnostic fee. I ended up telling the owner to take the parts off due to it being so much money that we were never told it would be that much. It took him 15 minutes for him to take the fuse box, the computer, and battery out! When it had took them a month to fix it. We payed for the diagnostic fee and left. Fast forward a week later I took the truck to a different mechanic and the issue the truck had was a bad starter. Never will I go back to this place or recommend this place to anyone!

Never called us back to update about car. Then complained they had the car for a week, only because they never updated us about the car. Misdiagnosed the car as well said it was throttle body, but we took the car to Buick which is the make of my car and they said nothing was wrong with throttle body it was something else. Seems they like to misdiagnosis to get more money.

Took my car to AAMCO and they told me that I needed to buy a whole new transmission for $5600. So I brought it to these guys and he put transmission fluid in it and said it drives perfectly. Saved me a fortune and the people there are super cool.

Asked about a repair on my car. Didnt seem friendly about an estimate. Looks like a butcher shop, they will leave bolts missing after a transmission job or not install the electrical wiring back in it original postion inside the engine compartment, causing loose electrical wire issues down the road. Costing me to pay them to fix something they didnt do right the first time.

I have been to this excellent repair shop. I was passing through Oklahoma City and had a brake down. Called every shop nearby and no one had free appointment for days. This shop took me immediately! Got to their shop, the people working there are polite, well mannered, friendly and very professional. In less than an hour my vehicle was done! I was amazed! The manager Arnold was over the top.
