I had an outstanding experience at this car repair store, thanks to Ricky, the owner. I came in with some concerns about my brakes, and Ricky immediately identified the issue. He took the time to patiently explain what was wrong and how it would be fixed, which I really appreciated. The repair was completed quickly and efficiently, and Ricky charged me a very fair price. To top it all off, he even gave me a discount, which was a pleasant surprise. I was drawn to this shop by the numerous 5-star reviews, and after seeing them, I made sure to check the timing to ensure they weren’t posted in a suspicious pattern. After experiencing Ricky's excellent service firsthand, I can confidently say that these reviews are genuine. Ricky’s professionalism and honesty have won me over completely. I don't think I'll be going to any other mechanic in the future. If you're looking for a reliable, fair, and skilled mechanic, I highly recommend this place!

Amazing service! Honest, helpful, friendly staff! I drove up early on a Saturday morning needing to get an oil change and have a rattling noise checked out on my Toyota RAV4. They changed the oil and fixed the rattle in under and hour and at a great price. They also let me know about a brake issue that I wasn't even aware of! I will definitely be going back for all my future auto service needs. Highly recommended!

Need to change my brake pads and rotors for my mazda. Was able to buy the parts myself and they were able to install it and charge for only the labor for a decent price (Service warranty isn't included if you bring you own parts). They also changed my differential fluid and charged a decent price compared to a Mazda dealership which they charge much more. Dropped my car off at around 9:00 AM and was able to pickup my car the same day around 1:30 -2:00 PM. Super fast service and reasonable prices, plan on bring my car and family's car in the future for regular maintenance or any vehicles problems. Its been a week and half so far and my car is running smooth with no issues.

Took my 14 year old car in for some needed attention. I was told to come at 9a, I did and the shop was open and ready to help. (I’ve been to places that told me a time and opened late) At drop off they asked me to stay a few minutes while they checked the car. They brought me to the car, showed me the issues and explained the recommended solution. Mickey doesn’t do shortcuts. There are things I recommended and he said he doesn’t do shortcuts, I appreciate his honesty. I’ve been to places that have taken advantage of my lack of car knowledge. I didn’t feel that way here. The car was in and out on the same day. They communicated well and very professional. No surprises when I picked up the car. I thought it was a little pricey BUT I understand that the cost of parts and labor is high.

i brought my 2015 mercedes here a few weeks ago for some noise going on in the rear. for what i thought was gonna be a costly fix turns out it wasn’t. the guys here are extremely knowledgeable and very nice and professional. they are honest and will let you know up front about cost and what you should or should not do. ultimately they leave the ball in your court which is a blessing. long story short it is hard to find a good mechanic and those guys are the very best. thank you again and would highly recommend 10/10. will return for future work!!

I got a oil change done recently, and they are nice and professional. I would definitely recommend. I called in beforehand, and as I went in they did the oil change for me. They were even very nice and backed my car out to be easy to drive right out since this is a very busy street. Rickey was the one I dealt with in regards to my oil change, and I highly recommend them, very professional!

I take my car to M&R for everything. These guys are honest, respectful and they work really hard. In the blistering cold or sweltering heat, I’m been able to depend on M&R for both my vehicle maintenance and repairs. The owners Mickey & Ricky are easy to talk to and they listen and show sincere concern for your needs. Their prices are beyond reasonable, they use well established and reputable part brands, so no need to worry, the replacement part will meet or exceed the original performance. When I pull up to M&R I know that I’m going to be well taken care of. For most shops, you can’t say that. When I’m here I don’t get the dreadful “they’re going to take advantage of me because I don’t know….,” or the “they’re out to get me” feeling, that you get at most mechanic shops. The communication is awesome and when they find things, they bring it to your attention. If you’re there, they’ll take you in the shop, show you the car and explain. Times that I weren’t there, they’ve sent me video or photos and then called to explain. No need to guess at what’s being done to your car and/or why, they will show and tell. When I’m at M&R I get that old school, “we’re neighbors, we take care of each other” vibe. I send all my friends and family here. Great job M&R, I’ll be seeing you guys soon, time to get my cars winterized.

As some of the other reviewers have stated, Micky and Ricky are really good and honest mechanics. I've been taking my cars to them for the past year and they have n't let me down. They've worked on all 3 of my vehicles (2 German and 1 Japanese) and have advised me properly on both before starting the work. They are very honest, dependable and will do the necessary research to ensure that your car is repaired properly. They even sent me a video explaining an issue with a noise from from under the car where they isolated it to the transfer case chain and replaced it. The dealer and mechanics would have wanted to change the transfer case and charged me much more! I highly recommend them for anything you need done on your vehicle.

Very good experience! I highly recommend and Rickey and his auto services. My father and I went because there was some noise that was coming from the front left side of my Toyota as driving, and he fixed the issue, and didn't take any money as it was something simple but, regardless you don't see this type of behavior elsewhere. I highly recommend! They are honest and professional, and they aren't just looking to make money off you and rip you off. Don't go to any other mechanic, because they are the BEST. I drive from far to go to them because of their honesty and professional manner.
