It is clear that they know how to erase the bads reviews cause none of the lowest rate shows up , I bet they will erase mine too in order to get away with the dirty job, I paid this people 6,500 dollars for an oil cooler system plus EGR VALVE plus an oil change, after keeping my truck for 5 weeks , they gave me my truck 2 gallons short on engine oil and say it was ok that I was wrong, , in top of that my cruise control and engine brake stopped working and their reply was , we dont have nothing to do with that , well I gave you 1 star cause I can't give you a -5 * you dont deserve to represent international dealers if I knew this I will never bring my truck there , thanks for fixing something and braking something else, I bet the will reply my truck is too old what o joke of MECHANICS, go back to school.

Horrible customer service wouldnt answer any questions or transfer to parts that i needed maybe needs a day off or something the lady who answers calls was extremely unhelpful and unprofitable for your buisness thank you. "I'm sorry for your experience. The phone number that you called is already parts so no need to transfer. " This was my response from the company so what is the reason for the absence of help if it was already parts. What happened was I got hung up on in my face while speaking (twice) concerning parts and because i asked for a specific person. If you're angry stay home or take a day off.

Save yourself lots of $$$$ and grief. Do NOT take a vehicle here. Horrific customer service. Simply no clue. Charged $800 to replace a radiator hose. Said I should be pleased they didn’t charge me more!! My check engine light is still on.
