The shop is clean and professional. It was very busy when I first arrived and I did make an appointment to come back another time which they took me right in. Took about 20 minutes (typical for a smog check) and I was on my way. Friendly guys. One of the few STAR smog test facilities around and I recommend going here.

Worst place EVER! The owners will be very friendly when they are not busy, but if it gets busy beware! I was just like the rest of the reviews here stating customer service is great until the owner said he would not redeem my coupon because I did not have it with me. I told him I've been coming here for years and told all my friends and family about your shop, he did not care and told me "Oh Well". Just a heads up

The best place I've ever gotten smog done. Took less than 30 minutes. The person who helped me had amazing customer service. I brought a coupon and the price was still lower than what I expected. I will come back here to do my smog every 2 years. I only wish I would have come here sooner!

Location is fine. Service is acceptable. Time frame from dropping it off to picking it up, as a Star location, is good. Price is standard and they had me in their data base from a prior visit so just drop off the keys and go.

I really would like give 5 * but...there's a busy place,the guy working there is efficient and so nice...but if you go there..you will wait until 2 hours for get you car's smoke..it's not fair that place has just one employee and sometimes cars don't pass.,he performed mechanical work..so the waiting could be longer than2 hours...if you really don't want waste your time waiting for get service.........

This is the best place to have a smog check. Robert welcomes you quickly while juggling three customers. He was able to ring up a customer, give advice to another customer, conduct another service then complete my smog check all under 20 minutes. He is quick, efficient, reliable and genuinely super nice. This is the same experience every two years when dmv renewal requires that smog quick on my car, that says a lot about M and T Smog Check.

Great guys if it doesn't pass very informative on what to do, no charge on first retest. Not sure if that's their policy but didn't charge me. But I've been going here since they opened . Great location if you have to wait a little.

READ BEFORE YOU COME*** This place takes care of their customers. Caeser was especially kind, helpful, and quick. He squeezed me in last minute even though he didn't have to. They provide affordable rates but that's why they're so busy, so give them some patience. They do their best, and it shows. Wait time is as expected for a busy place. They have an indoor waiting room with drinks you can purchase. No public restrooms, of course. Grab something to do and you'll be out in a jiffy.
