Manny is about as straight shooter as you can find. He’s a rare breed in the industry. I have an extremely busy schedule which he helped accommodate and didn’t try to give me skummy sales pitch that you get at many other dealers. The vehicle was for my wife and Manny went above and beyond to help us and give us a great price. What you see is what you get. Very pleasant and genuine person. The gentlemen in finance are great and not pushy at all. I hadn’t serviced my vehicle there yet but they have a great coffee machine that will save you an overpriced Starbucks coffee. Couldn’t be happier. Please see Manny. At the very least you’ll get a straight answer.

This dealership sucks, stay away. I have been trying to reach their service department for weeks, nobody EVER answers the phone and even if you leave voice mails there is call return. On top of that there is no way to reach an operator. I would suggest take you business to other Chevy dealership, if this is the importance they give to their vehicle owners then it's anyone guess the kind of service they would provide you.

We had been sharing communication via email with sales manager Jason and he asked use to come in and test drive a 2026 Chevrolet Colorado ZR2. It's rarely been a positive experience for me. But, that changed today. Dion, Maria and the vehicle technician (I believe his name was Daniel) went above and beyond for me today! I bought a 2021 Chevrolet Tahoe back in April of 2019 and I have to say what a nightmare. Truck is been nothing but headaches from early on, maybe around 30,000 everything went down hill. Not only has the truck been a nightmare but their customer service has been horrible when going in for services under warranty, they make you feel as your begging for free stuff. I’ve even been told to just take the truck back to where I bought it. I can’t believe they are not able to know that I bought the truck new from them and every service I’ve ever done has been done by them. I would recommend to go elsewhere. They were unbelievably nice when I made the purchase, everything after that I feel as I’ve been treated unfairly even after I was sold an unreliable vehicle. I will never buy another vehicle from them or a Chevrolet for that matter. I also just had a new engine put in at 60,000 miles and my truck was returned with damage to my front grill, scratches to my front fender, front license plate holder is broken and the liner under the hood ripped. FYI, even tho this truck has given us nothing but trouble “mechanically” we have always babied her. It’s been garaged since day one. This is unacceptable but it doesn’t surprise me. Stay away from Riverside Chevrolet. Pictures are after I received my truck back after over 6 weeks from an engine replacement.

Dealership it self is fine, Chevy cars on the other hand are complete crap! 26 traverse z71 leaking coolant, bad heater core, brakes squeak like a 18 wheeler coming to a stop. We just got the car back after 3 weeks at the dealership. Dash is rattling and is not aligned properly, Transmission just started kicking as well, Car wants to stall out when you reverse. Complete junk! Such a huge disappointment. Plus I Can't wait to get rid of my 25 Silverado can't even tow a 6,000 travel trailer as well. I should of know better than to trust GM vehicles. I can believe I fell for this garbage. I was an idiot for buying to 2 brand new chevy vehicles back to back.
