I dropped my Harley off at this dealership on January 3rd for accident repairs through my insurance after being sideswiped on the freeway. Since then, this has been the worst service experience I’ve ever had. Communication has been nonexistent. I have called multiple times and either received conflicting information or was told my service advisor would call me back — which never happened. At one point, I was told the repair estimate had been sent to my insurance and they were just waiting on approval. After a week with no update, I contacted my insurance adjuster directly (who has been excellent throughout this process) and was informed they never received an estimate or any documentation from this Harley dealership. On January 30th, I called again simply trying to get a status update and was placed on hold for 45 minutes without ever speaking to anyone. Because of these delays and lack of accountability, I have missed multiple veteran events. I am a Veteran and an American Legion Rider, and my motorcycle is an important part of my life and community involvement. The misinformation and lack of follow-through from this location are unacceptable. I will be going in person to try to get answers since phone communication has been completely ineffective. I would not recommend this location to anyone expecting timely updates, transparency, or basic customer service.

I was on a mission with a very special request from my hubby for his 60th birthday. Harley’s are his pride and joy, so I wanted to find something truly unique and special. I had never been to a Harley store before, and it was such a fun experience! I have to give a BIG shout-out to Stephanie — she truly went above and beyond to help me find exactly what I was looking for. Her knowledge was impeccable and absolutely amazing. Thank you, Stephanie! I can’t wait to surprise the hubster with his gift! 🖤🏍️

My family recently had a very disturbing experience at Riverside Harley-Davidson while my niece was attempting to purchase a motorcycle. During the financing process, we were repeatedly given conflicting and misleading information about her financing options. We were also told that tire protection would be included for free with the extended warranty. Later in the process, that statement changed, and it appeared the coverage was being added as an additional charge. When my niece politely asked if she could simply purchase the motorcycle without any additional coverage, the situation escalated. She was told that if she did not accept the add-ons, she would not be buying a motorcycle from that store. At that point, the finance manager became extremely unprofessional. He began insulting my niece and members of our family, using profanity, throwing items on his desk, and repeatedly telling us to get out of the store while we were already leaving. We came in expecting a normal purchasing process but instead experienced behavior that was hostile, aggressive, and completely unacceptable for a professional business. I strongly recommend management review this incident and address the conduct of their finance department. No customer should be treated this way while trying to make a purchase.

Such a pleasant first time at Harley Davidson ! This is the first time we have ever been to any HD location and we were welcomed with such an amazing staff! Luis approached us when we walked through the door . He was great in answering questions we had. We worked with Fernando in financing , he was amazing . The ladies in apparel were so helpful in getting us sizes we wanted to see. CJ was great and such a pleasure to have been accommodated by her. I will definitely be returning to buy other merch. And Ezra who helped us close up our purchase was AMAZING ! Overall, I have to say it was such a great experience . We walked away with a new HD for hubby . We will definitely be returning in the future. Thank you riverside HD for a great experience! HIGHLY RECOMMEND coming here! You will feel right at home and welcomed. She was super friendly, understanding, and made the whole process quick and easy. It is rare to see that level of customer service these days. I recently visited Riverside Harley-Davidson in California. I want to start by saying that my experience with Jacob and Seth was excellent. They were professional, helpful, and genuinely made the process enjoyable. Unfortunately, my interaction with the finance manager, Ezra, completely changed the tone of the experience. He was extremely condescending and repeatedly talked over me whenever I tried to express concerns about pricing. I had done extensive research before coming in, and the numbers presented were significantly higher than what I was quoted at other dealerships. The dealership repeatedly referred to the price as “live market value,” which appeared to justify a markup well above comparable listings elsewhere. On top of that, my trade-in offer came in at nearly half of what other dealerships had offered me. I value transparency and respectful communication when making a major purchase. While the sales team was great, the finance experience left me feeling dismissed and pressured. I would strongly recommend shoppers compare numbers carefully and consider other dealerships that respect your research, time, and budget

Hello, I just wanted to point out how helpful Ethan was when showing me around the store before I settled on my used Iron XL883! He has an awesome attitude and all-round a great member of the Riverside Harley Davidson team. He kept me up to date on when my bike was ready for pick up after the safety inspection as well! We had great conversations about what we liked about riding, our interests with how the newer bikes have all the nice tech, to personal interests. Went to their Harley after Dark Event, had some wings, met some really cool people too. Michael helped me with all my questions about possibly financing the right bike. But if it wasn’t for CJ, I probably wouldn’t have came in. She knew a lot about this place and its products. I think she convinced me to get this awesome 3 part jacket and a purse for my girlfriend. I played a few games and even won a gift card. I’ll be coming back to say the least. Cj made sure all my questions were answered and that I went home thinking about attending their next event! This place is so attentive! Everyone here makes you feel seen once you walk in, and are able to provide answers to all your questions. I made it out to their Harley after Dark event and just enjoyed being there. Met some really great people, had dinner and naturally I wanted to see the merchandise. If you ever need anything from a jacket to keep you cozy or a maybe even a collar for your pet, ask for CJ. She was so knowledgeable about all their products. She made sure that you felt welcomed and I felt like I had my own stylist as she helped me pick out a few things for me and my grandson! I came down here to buy my first Road King. There were several other HD locations that were closer to me, but I chose this location because of their large inventory of bikes. Everyone at Riverside Harley Davidson was very accommodating. Shade in sales along with the sales Manager, treated me and my 3 kids (who were stuck down there with me for most of the day) like family. We were all able to get the right gear we needed thanks to the ladies that worked in that department. They were very friendly and helpful. Highly recommend for any of your HD or riding needs. Top notch service from everyone there!

just completed the riding academy yesterday which includes both a written and a driving test! i had absolutely no motorcycling experience before, and i learned so much! the pace of the class was great, and the instructors Dave and Sherri were both very patient, yet firm, and gave clear instructions on what I was doing wrong and how to fix it. the riding course covered both low speed and road speed maneuvers, as well as swerving and quick stops. (i struggled a lot with the low speed at first, but thanks to their tips i was able to fix what i was doing wrong) the in class portion covered everything you need for mental motorcycling, such as cornering tactics and other strategies to keep one safe on the road. i had a blast the whole time and im grateful to all the instructors, as well as Brian who answered all the questions i had before the class, and Ryan. Thank you guys! i will be back soon.

I just finished up the CMSP Motorcyclist Training Course Last Sunday and it was Amazing. I have never ridden a motorcycle before so although I was excited about the course, I was a bit apprehensive at the same time. With that said, in no time at all Dave and Sherri extinguished all of my fears. I really love the way to Course was set up using the Crawl, Walk & Run Method. Although becoming an experienced rider is going to take "Perfect Practice" Dave and Sherri instilled the building blocks inside me and gave me the confidence I needed to go forward, in fact, so much so, I purchased a 2024 FXST Softail after the class was over. A Hugh Thank You to Dave, Sherri, Brian, Gabriel (Awesome salesman) & the rest of the CMST/Riverside Harley Davidson Staff.

Loved the vibe of the team. Everyone was so welcoming. Set up an appointment with Shade and he took his time explaining everything there is to know about Harley Davidson Motorcycles. He guided me on what styles they had and what best suited my needs. It's my first Harley and I wanted to get it right. Shade was definitely the right person for the job. 5 Stars for the Riding Academy Team! I just finished my course at the Harley Riding Academy, and I cannot recommend this crew enough. If you’re looking to get on two wheels, this is the place to do it. The Instructors: Jay & Ian A massive shout-out to Jay and Ian. These guys are world-class trainers. They managed to strike the perfect balance between professional safety and making the whole experience a blast. They have a way of breaking down complex maneuvers so they actually make sense, and their patience on the range really helped build my confidence. I’m riding much better today because of their expertise. The Support Team: Brian & Ryan The experience was seamless from the start thanks to the management team: Brian (Manager): Huge thanks to Brian for his help during the sign-up process. He made the logistics easy and ensured I had everything I needed to get started without any stress. Ryan: I was incredibly impressed by Ryan’s dedication. Even while recovering from surgery, he stayed on top of communication and made sure I was kept in the loop. That level of commitment to students is rare and much appreciated. Bottom line: From the classroom to the range, these guys genuinely care about turning you into a rider. Thanks again, Jay, Ian, Brian, and Ryan!

When something changes your life you don’t write a short review. Riding Academy changed my life. I’ve been a backpack for 2 years and loved the feeling of being on a bike but hated that I had to rely on other people when I wanted to ride. Then I found Harley Davidson Riding Academy. Ian, Jay and Brian immediately made me feel like I was at home with family at Riverside Harley Davidson. Their top priority is safety, and I learned a lot in the classroom and even more on the track. I was a nervous wreck the first time I sat in that seat and had control of the bike. I let my nerves get the best of me and wasn’t successful in the track the first weekend, although I scored a 97% on my test in the classroom. The best part about it, Harley Davidson Riding academy lets you come back for FREE, if you want it and you’re willing to learn, they want you to succeed. The second weekend I was on the track I made so much progression. I learned to enjoy being on the bike, not be nervous (even doing little dances in between drills). Ian & Jay really pushed me to be the rider I knew I could be, Brian was so accommodating and welcoming he even let me have my dog in the classroom (she’s service trained). Brian explained after passing we were more than welcome to come to the dealership group rides, even if we don’t have our own bike yet. I really feel like I made a new family over the two weekends and I cannot wait to get out there in my bike and enjoy the feeling of riding my own motorcycle. Even if your experienced you will learn something from Ian, Jay and Brian. This class changed my life and if you’re thinking about doing it, just stop thinking, and DO it. You won’t regret it.
