If you're looking for honest customer service and reasonable rates I truly recommend Chief Auto Glass. The service from Casey was excellent! He listened to what I was needing for my car and even went out of his way to make sure that they had a couple of windshields available since I was not sure as to what style was required of my vehicle. Reasonable cost and good work: We needed the windshield replaced on our Jetta in October and decided to tint all our windows at that time. Almost 30 days after the work was complete, we noticed a minor issue with the windshield (the tinting was fine). We brought our car back in, they inspected it, and then stood behind their work by “making things right” within 24 hours. Although it was a minor inconvenience to bring it back into their shop, I was/am very pleased they made it right.

First of all, it was so nice to find a shop that not only did auto glass replacement, but window tinting as well. They gave us a most fair and reasonable price to replace a window on my daughters car, and also tint the rest of the windows after her vehicle had been broken into 2 times in 4 months. The work they did was super clean and I will definitely use this shop again in the future.

Been here twice for passenger side window replacement of my Toyota Camry ( unfortunately my car got broken into twice within a month). I have a busy schedule , and the owner German was able to schedule me the same day on both occasions. The work has been excellent and the price is very reasonable, with or without insurance. It’s a pretty busy place, but they are efficient without compromising the quality of work. It usually takes less than 20 minutes to install a window. I remember the second time I was there they were so backed up that I’d have to wait for more than 2 hours at the shop. But German was kind enough to drive me home, and then picked me up after the job was done. The business owner obviously cares about their customers! I highly recommend this place, and I’m glad I picked somewhere with positive (and genuine) online reviews!

These guys were great! They were friendly, helpful and fast. They have great prices. I called on a Friday evening. I spoke with Dorian. He gave me a general quote. I went in he verified the quote by looking up my VIN. He told me he could have the replacement windshield in by the following morning. I took my car in at 9:00. He had done by 10:45. It looks great. German is an expert! In the past, he replaced my Sprinter RV windshield and my friend’s Sprinter RV as well. Today, he replaced the windshield on my 2025 Ford Ranger after I got caught in a sandstorm in the Coachella Valley which imbedded sand into the glass! This is my second time here, these guys took care of me the first time, and they took care of me this second time. Great prices, great service, easy going guys. Had my Tacoma truck windshield replaced last year, haven't had any issues with the windshield, no leaks, no cracks. Now getting the sedan done, I'm sure it will have no issues either. These guys do windshields, window tinting, and actuators. They have a nice spacious lobby to sit in and wait in the AC while your vehicle is getting done. I would definitely recommend these guys.
