I have been going to this particular location for years and years, I bring all of my vehicles here because they do quality oil changes, windshield wipers, transmission servicing and much much more, The employees are always very helpful and very courteous and ultimately very nice people, all you have to do is sit in your vehicle and wait for them to complete your services, So if you need any of these services and more you should give these folks a try. My oil light came on like 2 months after the oil change checked and see if there was any leaks had no leaks at all got some oil took 2 1/2 quarts of oil hope you’re not shorting oil Hope it was just a mistake.

0 stars. Was just here and was having my oil changed, the guy left the oil Evac tube inside my engine for an extended amount of time and it got stuck in there. One by one all the employee came trying to pull it out while it was clearly stuck inside. They kept stretching it longer and longer, ending with the so-called manager finally pulling so hard the house clearly ripped in parts. I asked to see the hose and it was flat, curled and the end had blatant rip mark. They put the hose away and said there was no problem. I asked them to see the hose to take a picture and they brought a completely different hose over. I told them I knew it was not it, they insisted it was. Finally they brought the real hose over and I took pictures. Went to office to talk to the so-called manager, the only person on staff without his name embroidered on his shirt, no business cards with his name on it either. He would not give me his managers name, contact number or anything. He said he would call me in the future if he could get approved to give me a free oil change. I took the hose and left, I will be contact corporate, whom manager stated they don't work for, in an attempt to find his managers contact info. I believe part of their evac hose is inside my engine and who knows when it will cause catastrophic failure of any component!

It was super quick and efficient. It’s just a little pricey but it is reasonable for the jobs getting done. I was able to be in and out within 20 minutes for a transmission flush and oil change. Very worth it if you’re unable to do these yourself and cheaper than a dealership.

The technician refused to replace the lining under the car claiming that it was damaged. When I pointed out that it was affixed securely when I arrived, he said that it was my fault because I probably damaged it during a collision. I told him that that was not the case and that it could’ve been the technician who removed it that could’ve damaged it. He responded by giving me a mean stare and said he was going to throw it away. Nothing was done to ameliorate the situation other than placing the blame on me by affirming a supposition that he made up to shift blame to me.

I had NO coolant and they didn't even tell me. Are we even checking levels or just changing the oil?? They also didn't tell me that my oil was bone dry either. I had to ask after they filled it up and showed me the full level on the stick. Come on....

Less than 2hrs after I left I discovered damage to my car due to the negligence of the employees. My car also started experiencing other discrepancies post service. Not only did these issues cause damage to my car but they also put my safety at risk. I will never visit Valvoline on Central & Riverside again or any other location and I will continue to discourage others from ever giving their business to any Valvoline location.
