The wait time is always ridiculous - even with an appointment. Both times I’ve spent 3 hours for a simple oil change. And they tell you at the end how x, y, and z are also needed so if you want to get it done - no, I don’t want to spend another 1-2 hours! This is the second time I’ve been told they would do a complimentary car wash and they forgot to.

Apparently they do just fine at servicing my girlfriends new car. I service my own vehicles, they're older and one is a diesel. I've been building engines and maintaining my race vehicles and daily drivers and motorcycles for more than 50 years. Why would I pay anyone to do this? However I don't do late model cars and they do a great job on my girlfriends car.

I had an appointment for 8:00am and they brought my truck in fairly shortly after that. Oil change and tire rotation were both handled very quickly. Thomas was very friendly and extremely helpful. Highly recommend this shop!

I've written several reviews on this business. My last one was not so good. But I must say that Mike the manager at quick Lanes called me the next morning and he made it right. He always takes pride in his business and does what he can for the customers. So if you should have any problems I would look up Mike the manager in quick Lanes before going to anybody else. He'll listen to you instead of the other service techs over in the regular service department. Thanks again Mike for my new tires

Very bad! I've been here since 2:30pm and it's almost 5 just to chance one tire! Just one tire! Had to leave work early because I got a flat and they told me to come in so I did. Than previously when i took my car to get serviced, they rotated my tire when they knew it had a screw in it and they put that one tire in the front knowing the most movement is in the front! Can't believe almost three hours just to replace A tire! I'll be letting the main manager know about this! Unacceptable!

The customer service I receive from Thomas is always 5 star! However the management really needs to streamline there service scheduling efficiency. Oil changes should be managed different from all other services. Quick lane should be quick not 1hour or 2 for and oil change only! Once again the shop does excellent work but they do not manage the order of there services well, A person can walk in and request and oil change and never know that there eaite time is based on the next available service tech who could be doing a full brake replacement (2 & 1/2 hour job)when all you need is just and oil change (45min job).

Rear driver side tire is wearing unevenly and they failed to tell me that but they told me I needed $100 cabin filtet. Being married to Ford is not all that it's cracked up to be.... Honeymoon is definitely over.

Manager Mike is a class act. My wife was stranded at the Amazon distribution center nearby with our car that would not start. I was in Los Angeles and called Quick Lane to inquire about a jump start. Though it is not in Quick Lane's menu of services offered, amazingly a technician arrived within 15 minutes to provide a jump and my wife was safely able to return to Los Angeles. This was a stunningly outstanding customer service way above and beyond the norm. Fantastic experience.

Well who knows if they actually do a good job here or not. I came in to try and get an oil change after work around 5pm. Their hours say they're open until 6pm so one would think there wouldn't be an issue. I walked in and they looked at me like I was crazy, I asked if they have time to do an oil change and they just told me "No come back at 7am" We'll see how it goes if I actually get any help

Been coming here since I bought my car, however after persistent oil leeks after appointments I decided to take a break on this place. My friend recently checked my car and the amount of things he found were insane. Basically they cut corners and seemingly have no integrity with their work whatsoever. I am so disappointed that I was a loyal customer here and cannot believe the amount of money I have spent for lackluster work. You live and you learn I guess. If you're reading this, do not go here. Took my friend awhile to correct just one of the mistakes this place made. UPDATE: my friend is still trying to fix all of the mistakes ! Definitely do NOT come here 🙂 just discovered they put the wrong oil filter on my car and it is jammed 🙂

We didn't have service done but my Mini broke down here at 400pm and he tried to get help for us but everything closed. he let us keep car there til next day and once again was great help with patience and helped us out. of in Riverside the Ford dealer with the Quck Lane service is highly recommended. This service department sucks. My mom has a 2021 escape that has a check engine light on and see manual thing turned on. Last time we dropped off the vehicle to fix it. Until Friday they're finally completed because Saturday I have to use her car. When I started it nothing happened until Sunday. Oh my God it turned back on again. So we dropped it off again this Tuesday may 14 2024. I don't think they did a good job by fixing customers'vehicles because they said when the check engine light turned off they always told us nothing could happen until it came back. That's not true. Well just let you guys know that we'll be going somewhere else to fix this issue and I don't think you guys fixed the recall on her escape too.

I dropped my car off the other day and they did nothing at all to see what the problem was with my ac. I paid $215 for nothing, no service at all. Just to tell me something I’ve already heard 3 times. Javier was a cool guy but he didn’t know what he was talking about. My job is paying for the services and when my boss asked for the price he told her 3 different ones. I went to an actual dealership a dodge 1 in Moreno Valley and they gave me the same price as Quicklane but they are actually doing the diagnostic test and are putting dye in it to see what’s the issue. However Quicklane was going to charge me to look at it only for $215 then an additional $540 to recharge my the ac and add refrigerant plus they would tell me the issue after doing the service which I didn’t get so it would’ve been extremely expensive. I’m upset with the service here and how they cheat people especially women. Do not waste your time or money here like I did I’m just trying to help the next person.

I did the differential service about a year ago come to find out after doing an oil change at Colley Ford they mentioned Raceway didn’t do the service properly they only did a drain and refill when they were supposed to remove And reseal to prevent leaks so my differential has been leaking this whole year fluid is most likely low causing unnecessary wear. After speaking with Javier Fernández he said they would have to charge $300 to do the service the way Colley ford said it’s supposed to be done Raceway lacks accountability however thanks to Colley Ford I’ve found an honest place to do services the right way the first time Response to owner If you can’t do it the right way don’t do it all let’s get one thing straight Colley is not disparaging your name I am! Your response just proves your company lack of accountability and it shows! The audacity of saying I will need your services again in the future is preposterous! Learn how to take a loss the way you made me lose!

I got a flat tire this morning on my way to work and called to check availability on the replacement tire, Leonel was very polite and helpful, Mike was very friendly wish I would have gotten the technicians name as well (very fast and helpful individual took his time to show me the damage and inspect the rest of my tires)., Ford Roadside Assistance sent me a tow truck at no charge and I was out of there in no time !!! First I would like to say that the people at the front are always nice but there is an obvious problem here with the mechanics taking care of your vehicle. Everytime I bring my vehicle here, I find grease stains on the door handles of my vehicle and grease marks around the steering wheel. But what has just happened to me here is by far the worst they chipped my paint on my doors not just on one side but the other side as well. Mike states they would fix and while I have tried to be patient it has not been a good experience. Robert the guy at Ford that handles the loaners/rentals has terrible customer experience. No, thank you, no nothing from him. Additionally the vehicle he gives me is a vehicle that has damage on the side of it. I left them a Ford ST Explorer and got a vehicle with vehicle damage on the side. It has been a terrible experience with both side quicklane and Ford side.

I have brought my 2025 Ford Maverick XLT to Quick Lane at Raceway Ford three times now, and every visit has been a genuinely positive experience. The service has been timely, efficient, and well organized each time. The service advisors are professional, approachable, and always take the time to answer my questions clearly without rushing me. I work remotely, so I really appreciate that they are mindful of my time. They have arranged a Lyft for me either back home or over to Canyon Crest Towne Centre so I can get work done while my truck is being serviced. That level of consideration goes a long way. Getting in and out of the location can be a bit tricky because of the street traffic, but that is more about the area than the dealership itself. They have serviced my Maverick since I purchased it new, and I trust them with it. I would absolutely recommend them.
