This was my first visit to Riverside Nissan. I was looking at mid size pickup trucks and Liz showed me several Frontier trucks. I have to say that she was very friendly and patient with me while I tested all the features to make sure it was exactly what I wanted. In the end, I decided on a pre-owned Frontier Pro-X and Liz and Cesar worked with us to get a good deal. I am very happy with how my family was treated and with the truck. I will definitely be back the next time I am looking for a vehicle.

You'd figure they would know how to work on Nissan vehicles. After 2 years of consistent visits with both routine maintenance to much bigger problems, the quality of the work went drastically went down and the prices have gone up. Apparently "warranties" is a forgotten word amongst this dealership. Again after 2 years of being a sponsor to their auto shop, almost 90 percent of that time the check engine light has been on with no clue, attention, or concern to make customers a priority. Folks you'll never believe this, stick to YouTube education, it might just fix your Nissan correctly.

I highly recommend anyone looking to buy a car at this Nissan dealership to work with Kai. He was extremely helpful, professional, and genuinely went the extra mile to make sure everything went smoothly. His customer service alone deserves 5 stars. Unfortunately, the reason I did not give the dealership a full 5-star rating is due to my experience with the general manager, Thomas Levin. I found his behavior to be very unprofessional , his tone was aggressive, rude, and unnecessary, which took away from what was otherwise a positive experience. I truly hope Nissan replaces him ASAP cause he’s taking away the sales from the sales team. Kai was outstanding, but management’s attitude made a big difference in my overall impression.

Their promptness in communication and ability to get things done in a timely manner make the entire experience smooth and hassle-free.
