The worst, worst, worst, worst shop. My car stopped in the middle of the freeway in Riverside and it happened to be a right front brake problem. I have called a rando shop called "Big J's Auto Repair & Fleet Services" which was literally across the street from them. They said they could have helped me because they had no time for that day and they referred me to Bud's Tire. Big J's though, gave me an estimate for 440$ to replace both front calipers, brake pads, and flush and replace brake fluid. When I went to Bud's Tire, they said they would give me a free estimate. They started to look at my car and told me that it was going to cost 880$, which was double than the shop across the street. I asked them why and the couldn't give me a straight answer. I saw the invoice and they basically double charged me for the parts that were ordered at Autozone and delivered for free. Also they double charged me for labor. 400 $ for 1.5 hours job. After they poorly repaired my front brake, they told me that the back brakes were not working and I needed to replace bunch of parts for another 300/400$. Of course I didn't trust them and after my trip I took my car to my mechanic. My mechanic inspected my car and said that the back brakes were fine and they just needed some adjustment for 50$. Bud's Tire is a total scam and they are trying to get advantage of people. The guy at the front desk said that he couldn't do anything because the system didn't allow him to change the numbers... ahahaha What a funny excuse. They told me to go to another of their shop after the trip so that they could finish the work for free. Well, that never happened. When I went to another of their shop, the manager said that he was going to charge me for another inspection for 180$. I started laughing and I left because they refused to take my car and fixed it. These people are really ripping off us. I am just glad that my mechanic is honest like I am. Cheers people and don't be safe out there.

Had been going to Buds Tire Pros on Indiana for over 15 years both with my 2002 Mini Cooper and with my 2012 Mini Cooper. They were great with doing simple things such as oil changes, battery replacement and changing tires. When it came to a more complicated problem from rodents chewing wires the mechanics created alot more apparently electrical problems than before I took my car in to them. And they over looked alot of resetting things inside my car like resetting the clock and date etc. And some of my enterier lighting still isn't working. My headlights aren't going off now until I shut my car off and a few more things .They definitely are not experienced in working on Mini Coopers. I learned a very hard lesson with them . Bottom line, Attention Mini Cooper owners, Do Not go to Buds Tire Pros with your cars

I was worried I had a slow leak in one of my tires and brought my car in to have it checked. Everyone who helped me was really nice, knowledgeable, efficient, thorough, and took the time to explain to me the relevant specifics regarding my concern. I left feeling confident my concerns were addressed and the issue was resolved. Nothing about the experience felt pushy or salesy or dishonest. This shop is all about sales. Always check pricing on parts and labor. Also, there is not enough mechanics, so getting your car worked on can be frustrating. I will, no longer be recommending this shop or take my vehicle here again.

I brought my car in with A.C issues , im now returning for the sixth time with the same issue, they advise to fix the radiator condenser,Hoses, seals and still have not fixed the issue.I put close to 2 grand into the car at this point. I really do not think they know what they're doing. I think their a c technician is not certified.It's been a month and they still have not fixed my problem.Do not recommend this place. I tryed to make it a complaint with a better business bureau.It's stated, this business is not credited, Says a lot about the company and their customer satisfaction.

We absolutely love the service we get from Buds. I gave a 4 star this time because I asked the counter guy to ask the service guy to make sure that our tires were at 40lbs. I overheard the conversation and the service guy said he did that. Unfortunately, I don’t think he knew that our truck tells us what our tire pressure is and not one of them was at 40lbs. Everything else was at their normal high stands .

Wow is really all I can say. I took my truck here about a year ago. And I was told it was a great shop by my co-worker and friends. They got the diagnostic correct where my truck needed a new computer. In the beginning which was probably a month after I dropped it off, they said it was a specific chip in the computer that needed to be replaced. They couldn’t find it, I couldn’t find it. They still made it seem like they were going to be looking for it, but I could come pick it up anytime cause they were not confident in finding the part. They said “We can’t find the part… you CAN pick up your vehicle. But we don’t charge anything for leaving it here.” I figured I’d leave it there in the off chance they do find it and could fix it. And if they couldn’t, they would call me and say “We’re done, your vehicle is ready to be picked up.” They never reached out to me regarding my truck. I had to call them every single time I wanted an update. They wouldn’t have told me anything if I didn’t call and pop into the store to check on my truck. They always had an attitude and I don’t appreciate that when all I’m asking for is an update on a service that you advertise to do for people. I waited a full 12 months to hear something, and I got nothing from them. They claim they have tried to call me but I have zero messages from them, 1 call from their store number. The only time they called me was informing me I could pick up my truck. Key word there is could. Then I get a letter in the mail saying they would take legal action if I didn’t pick up my truck. So I go to pick it up, and after 12 months they had done nothing but run a diagnostic and replace a few parts that didn’t need to be messed with. I guess they needed to charge me something. While leaving they told me the whole computer was bad, not just one component, and they couldn’t find a computer for the life of them. Well I’ve had my truck back for 3 days now and have found a number of F37F-12A650-VB computers. I already have the computer removed, and am going to install a new one myself. I would love it if they could give me back the bottom bolt for my harness, but I can’t expect anything from them. And if they deny having it then how did they know the computer was bad? How did they know what computer to look for? It’s written right on the side of the computer, did they even check it? Why didn’t they tell me I was missing bolt? Why didn’t they replace it? I don’t think they did anything for a whole year of having it. And I could have had this sorted out a year ago. Garbage service. They did a great diagnostic too. My car has 174,230 miles on it, and they wrote 17,423 miles. Where did the other 156,807 miles go? I couldn’t tell you. They did give me a discount when I picked up my truck, I was supposed to pay $550. They gave me attitude in the store and said I should be paying $700+. They marked me down to $288 for a diagnostic, parts, and labor. That’s the only reason I’m giving them 1 star. Otherwise I would have given them 0. Stay away from this place.

Bud’s tires has been nearby for many, many years, they’re my go to tire and alignment place. I normally have warranties on my vehicles so anything else normally goes to the dealer, Unless it’s not covered, they’re my first ask. Myself, Family and friends have been clients for decades. They stand by their work and their word. Always forgiving when theres a misunderstanding when ordering and upon explanation, Joe will take your word and make it right. Joe and Robert are both awesome!!! Nicest guys to work with and the guys in the garage are always helpful and willing to put air and check your tires to make sure you’re driving safely for free. Joe Ingram and his team did a fantastic job on our 2018 Jeep Rubicon. This is not my first, second, or last time working with Bud’s tires off of Indiana. But it was my first time purchasing rims with a set a tires with them. Their pricing was more than fair. The technician, Isaac, was extremely careful with the installation. I couldn’t be more pleased. I should add that when I originally wanted to purchase the rims, they were on back order. Joe made sure to check in with KMC and once they were available, I got the call. Top notch in my opinion. They also made sure that they put on gorilla lug nuts with the set. Thanks for everything and look forward to doing business again.

I was sent here to have an alignment done to complete the UCAs and lift work on my Silverado ZR2. Joe took care of me and the tech did an EXCELLENT job! Went in with a nail in my tire on a Sunday with only one guy in the shop and they took me right away. The guy at the counter was very busy helping multiple customers. He also checked two cars air pressure while I was waiting. Great spot thank you guys for fixing my tire. Free Wi-Fi in waiting area and TV.
