Multiple times we came for a tire sensor alert and they couldn't figure it out. Making us come back and forth because it would go off and on. After ensuring us that it wouldn't come on again. Their excuse was it was due to the weather making the tire sensor go off!! Needless to say that wasn't the problem. It wasn't until we went to Subaru Monrovia where they fixed the issue and it is still fixed. We have scheduled multiple oil changes there and for some reason they never have us scheduled even after confirming the appointment with the service department because they fail to send the confirmation email. We bought our Forester here and the sales people were great. The service department has been nothing but a bad experiences. Definitely will refrain from coming to them in the future!!

The service is not reliable . Please do not take your car here . If my daughter had read the reviews we would have taken the car else where . Please read her nightmare. : Took my car here last Wednesday at 8am for a diagnosis because my check engine light came on. I waited till 1pm because I haven’t received a call to know the status of my vehicle, so I called and Alfredo said I needed my spark plugs replaced and a couple other things equaling to $1700 I told them to go ahead and do the spark plugs I heard nothing about my car being ready up until 6pm when they closed and I had called them multiple times with no answer. When they called Alfredo said my car would be ready the same day. Then 30mins later Julio called me and said there was a problem with the spark plugs they have there and I needed to wait for tomorrows shipment. Thursday comes and supposedly they did all the work that my car needed including and the spark plugs were replaced. Once we went over the receipt I noticed they did not do the alignment that Julio stated I needed, my father asked Alfredo about it and said I needed all new tires and an alignment would be useless. So we go ahead and double check with Julio after and he checked the computer to see and he says I still just needed an alignment and my tires were fine, but he said he would double check with us and email us.Since that day we did not get a call or email about the alignment.A couple days later I noticed my car was still shaking as I stated when I had brought it in and my check engine light came on again.My father took my car back to the service center and went back and forth with them to find out I needed a valve adjustment, they gave him a discounted quote of $1700 from $5k and it would take 2 days to fix.They had my vehicle for 2 days without any service being done and no calls from the service advisor Julio and manager Alfredo to get an update.

We were very unhappy with the service department at Subaru Riverside on our last visit there. We drove 90 miles each way since we bought our car there in 2020 and always had a good experience with them. We had an appointment for a Saturday at 10:30 am for a 17,000 mile service. We also asked the advisor to change the cabin filter. We waited two hours and no follow up or report was given to us during this time. After about two hours we asked them for an update. Someone told us that the car would be ready in 20 minutes. When 3 hours had passed, they gave us the key and said they wouldn’t charge us because of the long wait. We didn’t receive any paperwork as to what services had been done with our car. Later, we found out they hadn’t even replaced the cabin filter. We wasted more than 6 hours not including the 3 hours we waited in the waiting room for a job that should take less than one hour. No communication, follow up or texts were sent to us. We tried five or six times to reach the service department manger, Mr. Clay. We sent the manager an email and even called his number directly leaving a voice massage, yet still no response. Really disappointed and hope they don’t do this to anyone else.

The staff at the service department were friendly and extremely helpful. The great experience starts right when you drive in. A machine takes pictures of your tires and calculates, real time, if the tread and alignment are still at safe levels. The employee I was working with even took me back to the garage to show me exactly what was wrong with my car. The brand-new waiting area was great, as well. Free wifi, nice seating, and plenty of space to "socially distance" from other customers. I had a great experience buying a car from them a few months ago and I'm equally impressed with the service department.

How do you buy a car and they can’t even send you the plates?!?!? It’s been months!!! I been more then patient with them I been calling them and they lie to me tell me they should be mailed to me. The only thing that I got in the mail was a letter from the DMV saying the car is not registered!!!

Service performed as promised and all done well. This is the second time a technician at DCH SUBARU, this time Charles Pogson, had the need to unplug the dash cam on vehicle being serviced. The dash cam was left unplugged when vehicle was returned by service advisor Roberto Salisido. One can only think of one reason why a service technician may want to unplug a dash cam.

I and wife went to this dealership because it is still under warranty. The windshield was cracked we want to see Marvin he took pictures but never ordered the windshield. He told us when she was on order after 2 weeks I found out he never ordered the windshield. Every time I call and they said we'll call you don't call us. What is poor service, and professionalism I finally got that windshield on order.

Piss poor first experience which is now costing me real money due to the lack of care, the lying and the poor service. I bought a 2025 Subaru from this place. It comes with 4 free services or something like that. It is not "free". I paid for it when I bought the car. So it was about 6,300 miles when I took it in today. I called a few days back to secure a morning time so I would not have to waste the whole day. I secured 8:30. I had just gotten the car alignment done two weeks ago, but they said when I went through their machine it showed alignment issues. I thought that was weird since we just got this aligned, but figured hey I am here may as well take care of it. They do not have any shuttle service or courtesy vehicles apparently, so I walked a mile down the road to Farmer Boys. I was there two hours and checking on their tracker app it showed that my car had yet to move. Why bring it in on appointment if they are just going to let it sit for 2 hours? So I began walking back. I got back, and saw my car still in the intake area. I asked about it. They started shuffling papers around and looked confused before saying oh yeah they are getting it started now. Absolutely livid, I walked away. I went out and sat on the sprinkler control cage since it was so stuffy in the service center and tried to cool down, knowing it would be another 1.5 hours before my car was done. Then, less than 5 minutes later, my car has magically finished and has had an alignment, tire rotation, oil and filter change. It takes more than 5 minutes just to drain the oil. So of course I was suspect. Especially since the tracker showed my car was now just going into inspection. As of the writing of this review, it still shows that my car is being inspected. So, now I am having to spend real money at a 3rd party mechanic to get them to inspect the oil and filter and likely do an oil change, because I cannot get a straight answer out of DCH personnel and since I am being lied to. They likely forged the paperwork. This was my very first experience with them. I was told I would find their service to be exemplary. I found it anything but. I would argue that it is fraudulent, since my "complimentary" service now is spiraling into secondary costs since they cannot seem to get out of their own way. I am angry that I fell for the Love=subaru garbage and fell for the whole complimentary service thing. What a racket. Now I will have to find a qualified mechanic to perform service on this car even though I paid for the Subaru care BS. Shame on Subaru.

Went to DCH Subaru Of Riverside for general maintenance of my Subaru Outback. The staff are very nice and informative when it comes to communication between the mechanics and the customers. The waiting area is comfortable with snacks, coffee, tea and cold water bottles free of charge for customers and the restrooms are very clean. I also noticed that they have seating areas with desks and electrical outlets for remote computer work while you wait. I have been extremely happy with DCH Subaru Of Riverside & I will continue to drive down from the San Bernardino Mountains Town Of Crestline to have my vehicle serviced at this dealership. I didn’t have to pay for my services because of my extended warranty but I did look at pricing and their rates are very fair specially for a dealership maintenance facility. DCH also emails me coupons for oil changes and other maintenance discounts. I was pleasantly surprised to receive a email recently from DCH with offers of $59 oil change coupons. Dealing in the past with another auto manufacturer dealership I’ve only ever gotten $99 oil change coupons so this was a great perk that DCH Subaru Of Riverside.
