I am very pleased with the complete restoration paint job Maaco did on my 1983 Toyota Celica ST. The 41 year old car looks new again. The price was a good deal as well and came with a 5 year warranty. I removed most of my cars trim and badging, the rear bumper, and both tail light assemblies prior to getting the car painted. I will be restoring all the trim myself, which was the arrangement I made with the sales rep.

I was surprised there aren’t 4+ stars for this business. I had an amazing experience. I did the online quote for my car and the price was estimated 2-3x higher than what the actual cost was. My recommendation is go in person to get your quote. Because of the high online quote I attempted to paint my car myself. It took 2-3 weeks and cost more for the supplies than if I had brought it here originally. I ended up getting headaches from the fumes and my paint job had spotty texture so I gave up and decided to bring it here to have them fix it. When I brought my car to Maaco, Justin Brooks was so kind and understanding. He gave me props for trying to paint my car myself and was compassionate with my frustration and money spent on the project. They would have had it ready it in 2 days but I would have been out of town for Thanksgiving so I told them not to rush. They redid the roof because the paint reacted to my paint even though they didn’t have to go above and beyond to do that. Justin personally came in on his day off to strip the roof to the metal. My car is so shiny and has a beautiful paint job. She looks brand new. They even vacuumed my car (at least it looks like did). The color is not the original color as when I bought my car, but you need to have realistic expectations when getting your car repainted. I’m so happy with the results and the customer service.

A great experience and more reasonably priced than I expected. From my first interaction with Rachel to when I picked up my truck a few days later, they exceeded expectations. My older truck looks like new thanks to a complete sand and paint (base and clear coat). All the peeling and faded paint has been replaced with a gleaming finish guaranteed for 5 years. If I need another vehicle I will be calling MAACO!

I couldn't have been more pleased with the service I received from Shane the manager and the quality of the product it was the first time I had an entire car painted by Maaco. I was hesitant at first because you know good old hearsay but I will highly recommend this Pensacola location whenever I'm asked I hope he stays a long time because it's hard to recruit and retain a good location manager

After 30 days off planning, I delivered the vehicle for sanding and paint. 13 days later, they return an incomplete paint job. Too many excuses with this management. Painter was leaving the job site after lunch and not returning. 4 areas were sanded, yet not painted. Just a sorry place. Have requested a Full Refund. Job should not have taken 13 days. Job is incomplete, and we’re supposed to Trust these clown. Sides are already showing bubbles.

So disappointed with this shop. I had brought my Civic in to get rust fixed on the roof. Payed over $1000 for the issue to come back within 68 days. The paint job sucked and they broke my sunroof while working on my vehicle. When I brought it to their attention the next day, they told me they weren’t fixing it. This shop has inexperienced workers. They set their own shop to flames. Would NOT recommend this place to anyone. Definitely a chop-shop if I’ve ever seen one.

I trusted my Trans Am with them and they did not disappoint! Beautifully done job at a great price. I would highly recommend to anyone, and would go back again! An employee had given me some incorrect information when I dropped off my car that said they would only need 4-5 days. They had my vehicle 20 days. Overall, though, that is not a big deal for an awesome paint job that will last many years!

Maaco did a fantastic job on my car! My trunk lid was badly faded with most of the clear coat peeling off. The paint color was an unusual blue color that I worried would be difficult to match. Maaco was able to match the color perfectly and expertly blended it with the surrounding body panels! You would never know the trunk was repainted. Plus, they did the job for a third of what competing shops were quoting. I will definitely use Maaco again!

I am SOOO happy with the paint job on my 2021 Chevy Tahoe! It did take about 2 months, but it looks like it came straight from the factory. Shane and Adonis are always so kind and helpful. I feel like I'm driving a completely new car and I've already gotten several compliments on the bright blue color!

My vehicle is like new condition. They mess up the paint job, the passenger door is making noise when closing, the back gate is open due to them repairing the old part instead of putting new parts that I paid for in the vehicle. They were supposed to fix a little dent in the passenger door, they end up painting driver door and towards the front of the vehicle with dots all over the paint. The part was damaged and the lift gate is bent. I am not a mechanic but I took it to the dealership to be looked at the job Maaco shod to the vehicle. They told me the lift gate is bent and they could see the repair marks, they could see where they tried to repair the parts. They told me this is the most horrible job they have seeing ever. Justin and Eric were not reasonable at all. They told me to get out from the shop and they will call the cops. I am not sure why they keep them in charge of that place. They are both scammers and lairs…. Do not take your vehicle to that place

I had my car painted on the roof and hood and it did end up looking good. But I went in and got the estimate and was told there were open dates a week after Christmas and the week after that. If I came in on a Monday it should be done by Thursday. "We don't like to hold a vehicle over the weekend. " I scheduled it for a Monday and dropped it off 7:30. But had to wait 15 minutes for anyone to get there and unlock the door. I drop it off. I never hear anything from them. Thursday at 3:30pm i call to make sure all is good, as i have a rental to return. He tells me he meant to call me but it will not be ready. They didn't treat the rust "aggressively " enough. So I ask will it be Friday? He said No. I ask will it be Monday. He said yes. Monday i call and he isn't there. Someone else answers and looks for my car and says it hasn't been painted. He would call me when it's taped up. Tuesday i call and he says they are about to tape it up and it would be ready Wednesday. It did end up being ready Wednesday. I paid double for the rental of what I planned on paying. If I had known that I would never have let them do it.
