Answer the phone, if you want to be a reputable establishment somebody needs to be answering the phones at this location. We have been calling for days and have to drive to the location just to talk to someone about the work being performed on our vehicle. The lady that sits at the desk up front is the rudest, more full of herself person ever! I have no idea what she’s so high and mighty about she works at a body shop! Read the reviews people and look elsewhere when taking your car to this location they are terrible!

To you people and the guy with the old Cadillac that was painted and its bubbling. You get what you pay for. $3500.00 to paint a 1960 cadillac? A quality job on a classic car is at least $10,000 at a restoration shop. I had mine done for 7000.00 but that was a retired body man working in his garage. These old cars need special treatment and material and knowledge to get it right. Maaco does not have that. You went cheap, you got cheap.

Truck took 3 weeks to get painted. Sat for 2 entire weeks and was never touched!. After a weekend had to bring it back due to multiple runs found in paint as well as damage to window trim, windows, door handles and locks from a d.a sander. Going on third week and parts still arent in. As well as lack of any communication whatsoever. Noone ever answers phone so have had to make multiple 1+ hour trips to check on my truck. Complete and total lack of attention to detail. If you want a quality job done in a timely manner dont go here! Absolutley horrible! If i could give negative stars i 100% would!!!

Just picked up my Toyota Tundra. The clear coat was peeling off and needed to be painted to keep the truck from rusting. Maaco did a fantastic job on my truck and the black spray in bed liner looks great with the new white paint. Truck was done four days early also. Thanks for making my first gen Tundra look brand new.

It has taken nearly a year to have my 79 Ford truck painted. After my truck has been towed to a nearby garage for not starting (after it had said on their lot for 2 months), it took only two more months to get it painted. When I received the truck, saying it youwas ready, the paint overspray into the bed liner and on wheels was horrible. The ? Owner looked at the paint job and the overspray is saying the hood needed to be repainted because of paint defects. Again the truck said for another 6 weeks before the hood was removed and repainted. In the meantime one of the panels in my sliding rear window was broken and shattered while it was sitting out there lot? The local manager played dumb as to how it happened and refused to call me back after promising to research what could be done to replace the panel. I had to file a claim with my insurance company and received only a partial loss payment. Now the hood does not sit on the truck as it did before, apparently they having bent the hood corner to corner when they took it off. The word pathetic does not even get close to what they call being number one America:s auto body shop

Shock Wave

Dropped off a bumper cover that was purchased used, to have it repainted. They never called me to inform they were having issues stripping off the old paint. I went to that shop 3 times to get an answer, and the only thing the "Manger" said was that they wanted an additional 6-10 hours labor to strip the old paint. They never called me, and the manager acted like he was scared to talk to me. This is with out a doubt the worst manager ever, and one of the worst retail experiences EVER! They deserve a lower rating than am able to give, and their 3.7 star average is way to high, in my opinion.
