We are very happy with our paint job. Staff was friendly and helpful. The price was reasonable and they were able to get the job done in a timely fashion.

Complete paint on our 1979 Camaro. Paid a little extra for a higher quality finish. They came through with flying colors, thanks Maaco of Knoxville!

I am very satisfied with the work Maaco did on my '95 Dodge Ram in Knoxville,TN which my father gave me when he was too sick to drive. It looks like it came out of the showroom. I recommend them if you need a paint job.

These folks did Amazing to repaint my bumper 2014 Mazda 6. They painted silver which is the hardest color to match. I can’t find one iota to complain about

I took our red Honda CR-Z to Maaco for a fresh paint job, and they did an amazing job! The car looks brand new with its shiny, flawless finish. The team was professional, friendly, and completed the work on time. Highly recommend Maaco for anyone needing auto body services. Thanks, Maaco Team! 🚗💨✨

Worst experience ever. Getting someone to answer the phone was a nightmare. I talked to the store manager about a price and was charged double the amount that was agreed. Dude goes by Michel. Worst attitude of an employee I’ve ever seen. I was shocked at the customer service. I’ve had my cars painted here years ago the new management has run the place into the ground. I don’t know how they are still in business. Dude needs to be fired. So disappointed and never going back.

We were not pleased with our experience. We needed a bumper replacement after hitting a deer. Once we dropped the car off, they let us know that we needed new sensors which was understandable. These sensors took several days to come in (which we had to call and get updates for). Once they finally came in they call us to let us know that they now noticed our brackets were broken and also needed to be replaced. We were very upset at this point because why was the old bumper and parts not taken apart fully to confirm there was nothing else needed (which they stated they are unable to do unless insurance approves….)? Why make customers wait longer than necessary when you’ve had my vehicle for 9 days and could’ve determined this by examining the car? We had the shop manager get on a call and was unapologetic and less than understanding of why this wasn’t the best way to handle their process and why we might even be upset at all. He then goes on to tell us it’s not his fault we don’t have our car and we should’ve bought renters insurance 🤯 needless to say we’ll never go back there or recommend them to anyone. I’m sure we will receive a comment on this that they are taken aback by this but they are fully aware that this wasn’t a good experience for us. I should’ve looked more into the reviews because I’m seeing this is a very common theme from other customers.

Michael, the manager, was very knowledgeable and helpful. He’s running a busy, old school shop. They still made time for me, even though I’m a nosy customer and want to check in on the progress as it progresses. Turn around was fast, quality was good! They kept me in budget, and I feel the price was right for the work. I had quotes as low as $800 and as high as $45,000 (not joking), and I asked all around town. I saw the work coming out of the maaco, and walked through their lot a few times looking at some of their finished products, and decided to give them a chance. The paint has a couple flaws, and some little fuzzies in it, but at the end of the day it’s a black car and it shines like a new dime and I’m going to drive it. Any other color wouldn’t show any of it. No runs I could find, it isn’t all orange peeled. I expect it to last a while as well. Freddie, their detailer, was great. He was personable and stayed late to help put everything together in a good way before I picked up the truck. He busted his butt to get me on the road in time to make it to our family reunion in a shiny new car. Great work! I’ll attach a few before and after pics. Let me just say that since Covid, a lot of business took the opportunity to drop their quality and raise their price, and generally throw out customer service and respect. I can’t tell you how many shops I walked into and was treated like an idiot right through the door. It sucked and it made me want to give up on of having a nifty Chevy blazer I could be proud of. These folks treated me like a person with some dignity, and it’s refreshing. Update: got another truck painted. This one was rough when I brought it in. It had been a farm truck for 27 years. It looks great, they did 20 hours of body work. I’m pleased. They matched the factory paint pretty much perfectly, even the little bit of flake in it. The pics don’t really do it justice. They also did my Prius where I replaced the bumpers with black ones, they matched that pearl white which is difficult to do. So now I’ve got 3 nifty cars and they will be getting my other truck once it’s ready. Thanks!

The paint job on our old truck turned out fairly well. Problem was we had to make several trips to pick it up before they repainted the passenger side which had primer showing through the paint. The staff were fair and easy to deal with considering. Ours was not just a repaint.

Is my car perfect… no. Did I get what I paid for? Yes most likely. Did they exceed my expectations?no. What I would advise anyone to do no matter where you get your car painted is to take a detailed video inside and out right in front of their business before handing them the keys. Because they have you initial all of these boxes making them not responsible. When you employ folks and don’t pay them much money they tend to be careless and will never own up to the things they break. Without Video proof you are just SOL.

I’ve had 8+ vehicles painted here for my company since 2019. Because past jobs came back in different shades despite a specific paint code, I wanted to confirm the correct code this time. They couldn’t find the code for a while, while another shop got it first try. The regional manager was in-store (I would’ve hoped that would give even better service than normal, but no) and insisted I did not have my truck painted here in 2023, claiming it wasn’t in their system and we must’ve hired another company.(the foreshadowing is crazy) I told him multiple times that it absolutely was done there. He doubled down and spoke to me in a very condescending way. Eventually, they found it in their system under a misspelling—proving I was right. No apology, no accountability. To make matters worse, he publicly reprimanded an employee in front of me, saying it was his “last day” for being 9 minutes late. While punctuality matters, that conversation should never happen in front of customers. If this is upper management, I’ve lost confidence in their professionalism and service. Proceed with caution

We took our Camaro to these fine folks. We paid top of the line prices for the premium finishes. They did not disappoint! The car turned out amazing! We had a few hiccups along the way but Michael assured us they would stay the course and produce a high quality paint job for us and they did just that! I’m proud of the work! Would highly recommend their service!!

While I am happy with the main body of the vehicle I was somewhat disappointed at some of the smaller details that were not delivered. The body was not painted all the way to the bottom of the rocker panels, paint overstay on powder coated wheels, misaligned tapeing on areas easily accessible. I removed the tail light assemblies at drop off only to have all of the wiring and bulbs painted as if they were part of the body. When I took my time looking over the vehicle it appeared to me that those doing the prep work and painting are working to a different standard than what the sales personnel promote. Maybe there should be a final look over before the customer is called to pick their vehicle up. I have a second vehicle to be painted but will make sure what I expect in a paint job and am willing to pay for is performed completely.

Had our truck 4 weeks with little to no contact with shop. Left messages on voice mail, left messages with answering service. None of witch had answered or replied too. Finally was told it was ready. Below is the list after they had truck for 2 more weeks. (Total of 6 weeks in their shop) They did fix 2 items. Drivers door loose and paint overspray Inside Drivers door. Nothing else was done. On top of all this the truck was trash inside. Windows or doors open in shop was full on paint / sanding dust. So bad the front Drivers matt will need replaced. If you spend all most $4000.00 on paint done you expect a higher quality of server than received. Front bumper area chips ans dirt in paint. Driversdoor top center spots Drivers door above chome trim Drivers fender front spots Hood passenger side spots , run Passenger door top spots Run and dirt in paint above gas cap Hood by body line Middle Drivers side spots, run Driversside windshield edge spots Drivers side passenger door overspray Inside on door and body. Drivers door was changed i side not paint different color then outside or truck Drivers and passenger mirrors are not working. Was told was switch. Was taken to repair shop. Fuses all good. I replaced minors switches with factory replacement. Mechanic suggested. "With door being " replaced is bad wiring harness or wrong door wiring ( year model or not LTZ model) They say please contact shop to resolve the issues. They still do not return calls (messages), don't answer the phone at all and let ring until it hangs up on you. So they do not want to resolve issues

They did a bit of body work, removed a luggage rack from the trunk lid and repaired the mounting holes, and corrected some bad areas from a previous body repair on my 2007 Miata. The painting was done with the original factory color. The work was completed in the planned time and came out beautifully. I am very pleased with the results. --Bob

I took my mustang in to get repainted and the clear coat redone, not only did they have my car for 6 weeks, but they also did not paint back on my stripes down the center. Also, the interior was let extremely filthy from dust and their shoes. On top of that they got green paint all over the black parts of my side mirror. There are runs in the paint to the point it formed paint drops off my spoiler. This absolutely ridiculous for a paint shop. I would not recommend and would give zero stars if I could.
