They didn't call with an estimate before working on the car. They just went ahead and worked on it then told us the price. They claimed they were given the go ahead to fix it. But they were suppose to call us first with the estimate. I would not recommend this repair shop. Not an honest auto repair shop.

I picked up a uhaul here. I was able to get it after hours, but parking was difficult as their lot was very full. Also, the van had not been cleaned, with some kind of gunk on the van floor and center console in the truck cab.

Wow! This place, let me tell you. I was having some issues with a trailer hitch and the wiring for my BMW. They took me in ASAP to fix the problem. They are so nice and professional. I can't even describe the feeling of relief I received from taking my car to them. You will not regret taking any car to this place to have work done. I was told by the BMW dealership that what Madlocks did couldn't be done...well, it was done. And done well. Bring your car here for the right work to be done.

The service was very unprofessional, paid a lot of money and vehicle still doesn't run. Thank you sir for not doing what we talked about before I payed you!!! Very disgusted and not feeling very trust worthy of any one else being recommended to me about any mechanic work,very disappointed when you first discuss doing a job explaining everything that needed to be done and when you get your vehicle back it doesn't even turn over. Okay for simple things. Used to be really good, no so much now. I waiting 2 months spending over $1500 for them to shotgun all related parts in my car, still didn't fix the issue. Replaced catalytic converters for a computer problem.

I went to three different places with my vehicle. And by far, Madlock's Automotive was the best place I've taken my vehicle. My price went from almost $895 down to 210. As a single mom during these hard times, that's a huge difference. Other places I was getting overcharged for things I didn't even need.
