Nice guys. They have great reputation but service to the public is very poor. I made appointment in person and after 3weeks calling and 2 stop by no work done. Evedently they don't need any new business.

Don was nice enough to squeeze my car in for a tune-up before I took my family on a road trip. When I called the shop someone was always there to answer, and they are very patient with me over the phone. They weren't ,however as available for call backs so I'd recommend calling them if too much time has passed. The price for my tune-up was reasonable.

Fast, very friendly service! I’ve been going to Don for years and he is the only honest mechanic that I know. Other mechanics have quoted me over DOUBLE what he has quoted me! He isn’t like those other mechanics who are always trying to sell you everything under the sun. He’s very realistic and tells you and SHOWS you what needs to be done! I wouldn’t trust anyone else but Don and his crew with my car! Definitely recommend before you go to any Tread Quarters, Meineke, Jiffy Lube, or any of those other bogus places. 10/10!!!!

I've been dealing with Don's Motor Co. for over 20 years. They are honest, fair, and the first place I call when I'm having car issues. They are a great family, and they go above and beyond. I needed to replace my windshield in order to pass inspection, and they actually called a couple of glass companies for me to see if they could find me a low price on repairing or replacing the glass. You don't get that kind of service from the "brand name" repair facilities. I 110% recommend!

We were from out of town and our vehicle broke down. It was late afternoon and the chances of getting a tow before the shop closed was unlikely. Don went above and beyond to provide assistance. He reached out to mobile repair services in an attempt to get us help on the road. When that was unsuccessful, he offered to stay late past closing to help us. The shop was already booked out 2 weeks for repairs so he had informed us that he could only diagnose the problem. We thought we were going to have to get a Lyft ride to the airport to get a rental car since all the other rental car facilities were already closed for the evening. However, when we arrived, Don and his mechanic, Jerry, were devoted to helping us to the best of their ability. They ended up determining it was a easy fix and rather than turning us away when they had already stayed past closing, they fixed the problem for us on the spot. He saved myself (and the 2 young girls I had with me) from being stranded in an unfamiliar area. In addition, he charged me cost (with no markup) for supplies that were needed and charged me minimal labor. If there were more people like Don & Jerry, this world would be a much better place. Their kindness was an inspiration to pay it forward. I recommend this shop above any other facility I have ever encountered over my 30+ years of driving!!

Don is the best! A friend recommended his shop and we won’t go anywhere else now. A local brake shop “diagnosed” our car and said we needed over $2k of work when Don didn’t have an appointment. We waited and Don determined the problem was completely different and the work was done quickly and cost efficiently. The reviews are correct, this place is great!

They are very busy but I really like that they do their best to keep prices reasonable and that they are very honest! For example he said I was very close on fount and rear breaks but that it would pass. Sure enough 5 months later the front are squealing. No sooner did I get them repaired when the back ones did the same. Unusual to find this level of Honesty in the car repair industry. Five Stars 🌟 🌟 🌟 🌟 🌟
