Worse experience!!!! And it’s the only one around me(next one is 35miles away) so I have no choice but to come back here again SADLY. I called to make an appointment for my vehicle, asked all the questions I was concerned about including time frame and if I was going to pay anything outside my maintenance contract. I was satisfied and made the appointment, only to drive 25mins, get there and get told that it’s going to take 3days…….. So why was I told it was going to take 3-4hrs, and even booked me a ride to dropped me home and picked me up wen my car is ready 🤦♀️🤦♀️. I WISH THERE WAS SOMEWHERE CLOSER..

I would like to thank Krislyn DiCesare for excellent customer service. When I say she went over and beyond to help us is unreal. I don’t care how many times I called her throughout the day she never blew me off or act like she was too busy to answer my questions. This was my first time coming here because I lived in Va beach and the Mercedes dealership over here was not providing good customer service. The only problem I had was not getting a loaner for two weeks that they had my car but I understood how busy they were. She was amazing and she save me so much money from what Mercedes Benz in va beach was trying to charge me. Again, thank you Krislyn for caring about our car just like it was your very own. I was very pleased by the services provided by Krislyn. I was having issues with brakes on a brand new car and she had the senior tech ride with me to hear the issue. He suggested they be changed and covered under warranty. I was very pleased with them both ! I highly recommend Mercedes- Benz Tysinger.

Took my car here to get a diagnostic done. After the service department having my car for close to a week, I was told by a mechanic what “maybe” wrong. They wanted to fix a part, retest it , and possibly have to fix another part. I then started inquiring about trading the car in. A man from sales called and told me they can appraise my car while it’s there in service. About an hour later the appraisal was complete and I received a call stating my check engine light came on during the appraisal. MY CAR WAS NOT DROPPED OFF WITH A CHECK ENGINE LIGHT, nor has a check engine light been on since I have had the car. The service manager was extremely rude and not accommodating. This is unfortunate because I will never bring my car back here, I will drive however many miles to the next Mercedes dealership!!!!

You know this is the first car dealership that was honest. Also ironically affordable, even for mercedes-benz brand. I'll say it again, this place was more affordable than me taking my F150 to hall ford, or my toyota to priority ! The reason why, is their team talks to the customer and actually fixes the problem the first time around. They even allowed me to negotiate part of the work. For example part of the job needed spark plugs, instead of them doing it and saying "surprise we added it to the bill" they asked me if I wanted to do that myself, which I did.

This dealership went above and beyond the call of duty for assisting me with my repairs. Another Mercedes dealership didn’t repair my vehicle correctly and I took it to this location. They ran a diagnostic test and guided me on how to get the car repaired correctly without having to pay the out of pocket expenses twice. Mercedes (the sales advisor) was awesome! She was kind and provided feedback as well as patience during this process! I will continue to take my Mercedes to them to handle my maintenance and repairs.

I continue to be extremely pleased with the service from this dealership. My Service Advisor, Brenda Ortiz, is dedicated to making the experience a positive one. It is the personal attention that counts: the thorough check of the vehicle before completing the service write-up, the ride home due to the length of time required for the service, the offer of a ride back to the dealership when service was completed, the cleanliness of the vehicle when returned, and, overall, getting everything right the first time. Brenda Ortiz is my service advisor. This was my first experience with her and she exceeded all my expectations. She is extremely friendly and fun to deal with. She wrote up my service order exactly as I requested and asked me to confirm all the details before putting me into my loaner car. She emailed and texted me when the servicing was completed, including a copy of the invoice and an easy online payment link. When I picked up our car, she went over the service invoice in detail and walked me to the car to inspect all the completed items outside the engine compartment. Best of all, she answered her phone instead letting my call go to voicemail. It is so important to me to be able connect with my advisor so that I know what to expect when I return to the dealership. WELL DONE BRENDA!!!!

This was our first time having our car serviced since purchasing it from a previous owner who bought and serviced the car at Tysinger. Brenda Ortiz was our service advisor and took great care of us. She was able to pull up the service record to inform us of all of the previous services rendered. That was very helpful as we didn't have those records. She also noted that we needed an inspection next month and was able to get it done today to save us an extra trip. We were very satisfied with her dedicated service and consideration. I brought my Mercedes to Mercedes-Benz of Hampton for a routine oil change. When I later opened the hood, I discovered the engine cover was missing — a large, secured part that was absolutely in place when I dropped the car off. This was the only service performed during that time. I contacted the dealership, and the service director was extremely disrespectful and even hung up on me. I also reached out to Mercedes-Benz USA, who told me the dealership is privately owned, and they had no control over the situation. It’s been over a week since I submitted a written complaint — no response, no apology, no resolution. I paid dealership prices expecting professionalism. Instead, I got missing parts, no accountability, and poor treatment. If you service your vehicle here, document everything. They do not stand behind their work.

Called even before I had my car towed to this location for only a diagnostic. Didn't know what was wrong with the car which is why I was paying for diagnostic. They made up all types of excuses which I feel they discriminated against me because I'm a black man. Tell the service manager he straight up lied and said they would do the diagnostic and he d call me back but never did. Got some bs excuse from an Andrew a service advisor about they called and left messages which they never did because I was looking for the call. Got repairs done on my car at Mercedes Benz of North Houston with no problem at all. Wouldn't recommend this place this place anyone because they pick and choose who car their willing to work on. Even tried to charge me for a dead battery which is the only way they can get power to the car to diagnostic it. Some of these people don't need to have these positions because they're rude unprofessional and treat people different because of the color of their skin.

Just had a quick stop on my way to Williamsburg as I saw on display that tire pressure was low. The service staff was very professional yet friendly. Briefly explained that the tire pressure for all wheels were within acceptable limits, not to worry and he reset the dashboard display. I was on my merry way!
