My son, ran into a guard rail , air bags deployed & totalled his Lexus GS350. Guaranteed Auto & Hampton Collison both wouldn't touch it. Affordable accepted the challenge & fixed it..a couple weeks later, we found zip ties holding things up..A few weeks later, the air bag light came on..Only the dealership could fix it..The air bags had been replaced by Affordable Auto

I can’t speak on other assets of this shop because I didn’t stay long ,but they tried to extremely over charge me for a very minor job. The estimate I was given was 400$. I literally drove up the street to another shop found on google 60$ for same exact job..and I felt so played I payed the guy 70$ instead!..I’ll never check them out or refer them to anyone I know. What got me is the name is affordable automotive 😂 Everyone have a blessed day!

They fixed what needed to be fixed, and everyone was nice enough, but they had our car for over 2 weeks and could have been better about communication as to why. Luckily, we didn't urgently need the car, but communication is something that could be improved.

Could not be happier with the work that Duane and his crew did to complete my truck. Unfortunately we had a few hiccups with delivery and wrong parts arriving which pushed back some deadlines but the end result is more than satisfying and exactly how I wanted my truck to look. I went ahead and contacted them and they were able to get the work done. I got my truck back and it seemed to be fine for the first week then that’s when everything changed. Everyday was something new I was finding, lines being loose, stuff wasn’t on properly or on all the way. Everyday single bolt was stripped on my valve cover, the holes in the head are as well. Now I’m out of options, my truck leaks oil everywhere due to the valve cover bolts not tightening to the head properly. Be careful, be aware of any work before and after you take it here. I hope nobody has to go through the same experience with them like I did.

A solid no bullshit type of place. Reasonable pricing and fast service. I've been here several times for different vehicles, they treated me like they knew me each time. Finding a shop with their knowledge base is difficult these days and I will continue to use them even though I have to drive 3 hours to get there. Yes, they are that reliable.

Patrick in the front office was very friendly, professional and easy to work with. I had bought a used V6 2005 Honda Accord which had been in a bad accident. I took it to Affordable Auto and they welded in a new frame at front end of the car as it had been bent pretty good, also replacing the radiator and the engine mounts which were shot. They let me buy my own parts, which saved me money and they did a superb job all the way around, also reshaping fender paneling and hood in processes of reinstalling back together so it looked like new again. I noticed immediate difference when driving the car. It drove like my old 2004 V6 Honda Accord which was in mint condition, but lost in accident as someone hit me from behind at a stop light. Point is, I know how the V6 Accord is supposed to accelerate on interstate and they got it running like my old car, which was quite impressive. This work was done about 2 months ago and it is still a joy to drive the car around. They did an excellent job at good price. I'd take my car back to them for further work.

Car was serviced in September for clutch. Days after receiving the car, the battery would lose charge and when inspected the negative terminal was cracked. I replaced the battery (benefit of doubt). When servicing an oil change in March I got a chance to look under the car and found a destroyed motor mount and broken stud on the downpipe bracket mounts. The tech also marred up brand new short shifter bushings and engine splash guard. The Level of care and accountability are zero. The tech was comfortable lieing to the shop and myself about the broken bolt stud, stripped splash guard and destroyed motor mount. I still give the broken battery terminal and marred shifter bushing the benefit of doubt, although it showed extreme carelessness. There was no mention of any mechanical defects when I got the car back in September. Now march of next year the shop is claiming the bolt and mount must have sheared itself off in the period between September and now. I service my own oil changes and would have noticed both of these things prior to taking the car to them. The owner denied everything but did offer to weld a stud back where the broken one was. But the limited shop hours and previous experience with the sloppy job made me hesitant to leave a vehicle in their care for a second time All in all, the repairs I have had to make after their work on my car are slowly stacking up: cracked battery, sheared downpipe bracket bolt, stripped engine splash guard, marred short shifter bushing, destroyed rear motor mount bushing. (All components that needed to be removed to service clutch) Prices are fair, front desk is friendly, work is sub par, accountability and truthfulness are in the negative. Find another shop.

The quality of the work on my car was honestly amazing. When I finally received it, everything looked great and the repair itself was done very well. However, the delay was extremely frustrating. I was originally told the car would be ready in about 7 days, with a maximum of 10 days. Instead, it ended up taking almost a full month before I got my car back. While I’m happy with the final result, the timeline and communication about the delay were really disappointing. If the timing had been more accurate or better communicated, my experience would have been much better.
