Over the years Henry's Tires has been my "go-to" place for tires. Whether it's a simple repair, or a replacement. The words that constantly comes to mind are "Fair & Fast." When my dealership said it couldn't be repaired, the Henry's tech did it. When the dealer said, "We can sell you...." The Henry's tech said, no, you still have life in these tires. And don't get me started on the $ savings! on a new complete set. Highly recommend your first stop for tire repair, or replacement, is Henry's!

Henry’s Tires helped me a bunch and was able to find the tire I needed within the day and ordered it while I was at work. Great prices and reinstalled the tire within ten minutes. Awesome experience. If you are near Mercury and need a tire replaced, this is the place to go.

THEY ARE SCAMMING — BUYER BEWARE. THE PRICES MAY BE ENTICING BUT ITS NOT WORTH THE HEADACHE. Idk what type of scam they’re running but I wish I knew then what I know now. They’re unnecessarily aggressive when taking the tires off your wheel, in hope they break one so you can buy another from them. They cracked one of my wheels and claimed it was like that upon coming in, they changed the wrong tires and got upset when I inquired about it. I needed the tires on my passenger side replaced and for some reason they changed both the ones on my driver side. When I asked for a refund they said that’s not possible, when I asked to just undo the job and give me my original and flat tires back bc I didn’t want to support their lack of attention they agreed but wanted to charge me extra to put my old tires back on the car even though they messed up.

Ive been to Henry’s tire twice now and both times have been a wonderful experience. The staff are very knowledgeable and will get you back on the road in no time. Prices are great and they will work with you if you are running tight on cash. I am a loyal customer now and will refer all of my friends to Henry’s!

I loved it here! I waited awhile to put up my review because I wanted to see the lifetime of my tires. As a Camaro driver I usually pay a good 1200 for a full set of new tires, here I spent less than 600!! That's a savings of more than half! I had one incident where my tire went flat because it had a puncture I was in and out of here in less than 20 minutes. The staff is great! Very friendly, and customer oriented. The tires are just as awesome. I will definately be coming back.

Great expert, professional, friendly & fast service is exactly what describes my visit yesterday. Justin was more than exceptionally helpful when I brought in my daughter's van & he saw right away that the tire was beyond repair and quickly retrieved a new tire getting us back on the road in no time!👌

I arrived in Virginia Friday night and noticed that I had a flat tire. The next day I went to Henry's tire Express and the lady behind the desk was very pleasant and helpful with finding me a new tire at a great price. She also gave me some great information about buying tires for my vehicle. The mechanic in the back was also very friendly and got the tire replaced quickly. I definitely would recommend this facility for your tire needs. Thank you both. 04/23/2022

I've gone here several times, fair prices. Quick service. My tires are usually not in stock so I have to wait until after 11a for them to order from their sister shop or wait 2 days until it ships. They do not have a warranty on their tires. The guy on the phone was impatient because I didn't know my tire size, I gave him the year make and model of my car and told him the tires were the factory set and he was very rude and said if I didn't know my tire size he couldn't help me at all. Mind you, I was in the tow truck shaken up when I was on the phone with him. My tire popped mid highway going 70mph, his attitude, I didn't need. It's like he just expected me to know the numbers off the top of my head. I ended up just buying a used tire elsewhere, they didn't have my tire in stock and I didn't want to deal with the guy with the attitude anyways.

I stopped by this tire shop because there was a hole in my tire and it needed a patch repair. They fixed it, no problem. The issue is, they did not properly screw the bolt back into my rim (forgive me I am not well versed on the parts of the rim/tire). I later found out that when they tried to screw it back on it was "stripped". So instead of them telling me this occurred AND FIXING IT, they let me leave their establishment with my bolt sticking out from the rim this way. Figuring this out later on, I went back to let them know what they had done and pretty much they were slow to try to fix it because they wanted to find out who did it. Should that be a concern yes, but what should be of more concern is fixing the mistake. I decided to stop going back and forth to this establishment to try to get them to fix my rim and have since gone elsewhere. This has however, taught me a valuable lesson, to get out of the car to check behind people's work. If you decide to go here, make sure you do that.

DO NOT GO THERE. I paid for a tire sensor, was told I could not receive a refund even though dealership stated that sensor was improperly installed by Henry’s Tire and caused more damage, in turn more money spent. Their surpassingly “HR” person is unprofessional attempting to compare her personal experiences to my waste of time and money experience. Do not recommend whatsoever. If more money is being spent with inaccurate service it is not worth it. The best part about that place is Ms. Debra. Whoever Henry is, should be cautious of the technicians and HR person he has speaking for him and his company.

Had a nail in my tire. Drove up to Henry's Monday around 10:30am. They had me in and out the door in less than 10 minutes! And only $30. Great low key place. Will recommend.

First time going to get my tire mounted. Had a real great talk with the Manager. It may have taken 15 mins total time to take off the old tire mount the new one and pull my truc around to the front. Great prices as well. $55 to mount 26 inch tire's is Amazing. This is my new Rim and tire shop.

Clean facility Reasonable prices Friendly staff Positive atmosphere Came in because there was a large screw in my front tire. I was told a price and the amount of time to repair it. They didn't try to up sell me with a new set of tires. Instead, plugged the tire for the price mentioned. Imagine that. Will return in the future.

You know this would be a great place if they gave a damn. Bunch of low paid workers. No enthusiasm. Just want to do their time and go home. Maybe they need to get paid more

Upon initial services, I was satisfied. I had a leak in my rear driver side tire. I purchased a used tire from this Hampton location before my road trip. I should’ve gone with my first mind that something was wrong when I departed from the location the first time. I had to return back after being gone for 10 mins because the PSI in my tire was still reading I needed air. I returned to the location to have them correct the PSI, and the technician went to the wrong tire to put air in it. That should’ve been a sign. After I corrected him, he put in the tire that was supposedly replaced. But here I am 6 days later and the tire that was just replaced is saying I need air. I began to experience a shaking sensation while driving after I replaced that tire. I thought it was because I needed them balanced. When I returned home I contacted the tire shop to express I believe the wrong tire was changed. Debra, refused saying what’s on my receipt is the tire that was changed, and moved into explaining the policy on no refunds or warranties on used tires. I explained that I know about the policy but it doesn’t apply to my issue if they changed the wrong tire. She became short with me stating there’s not way the wrong tire was changed. Even after I expressed I wasn’t upset, mistakes happen, I just needed a solution. She told me there was nothing that could be done. I decided to get the tire change, at the other Henry Tires location on Jefferson. They removed the 2 rear tires and confirmed that not only was the tire not changed (as the found a nail in the one that was SUPPOSED to be changed) but the shaking I was feeling was coming from the tire on the passenger side because it was warped. I didn’t think to check before but as Mr. Sean explained the issue I noticed the brand on the passenger rear was not the brand I purchased previously, so it was very clear that, that wasn’t my original tire. I checked the driver side rear and that tire was the brand I brought. If it wasn’t for Mr. Sean I would’ve had to buy TWO tires. ONE for the faulty tire they replaced and still would’ve had to replace the ONE I went to change in the first place. Debra’s customer service went out the window once I expressed the issue I had. Which was unwarranted. I won’t be returning to the Hampton location.

On July 17th, I had four used tires installed at this shop at the agreed price. Within an hour of leaving, I noticed all four rims had fresh scuffs and scratches—same spot, same size—clearly caused by their tire-mounting equipment. My before-and-after photos prove this damage did not exist prior to the service. I immediately called the shop. They told me to return, but when I did, they denied any responsibility and claimed their machine couldn’t have caused the damage because it is “plastic.” I asked to speak with a manager, and they put me on the phone with someone who called himself “John” from their Hampton location. When I drove to the Hampton shop, staff there said no one named John works there. The same person I spoke to on the phone (who had identified himself as John) admitted his name was actually Frank. He took my contact info but didn’t take any photos or notes, and I have serious doubts that my complaint was documented. I remained calm, respectful, and patient throughout. I wasn’t asking for a full refund or new rims—just for them to make it right, such as buffing out the damage or helping with the repair. Instead, I received zero accountability and a dismissive attitude. Bottom line: I paid for a service and left with damaged rims, a false name from an employee, and no resolution. I would not recommend this shop to anyone who values their vehicle or honest customer service.
