Tire Choice (Store#1051 MIN) installed a motor blower in my vehicle on 9/27. The car was returned to me with the Airbag, Traction Control, and Speedometer icons flashing on the dashboard. There's no horn and the steering wheel is crooked. They informed me to take the car to a Nissan Dealership to have the codes reset. Unfortunately, Nissan found damages caused by the installation of the Motor Blower and Clock Spring that was broken during the installation of the motor blower. I cannot get my car inspected or registered by the end of October. Nissan must perform a diagnostic which costs $170.00 to know what needs to be done to fix the problem. I do not have that kind of money right now. Please share!! I wish I could rate a ZERO!! Don’t go there!!! RISKY!!

When we first walked in your receptionist welcomed us with a big smile asked how could she help us! So pleasant great personality! Then Byron was just the sweetest most thoughtful young man! Very helpful he even brought out one of my tires to show me I needed new tires. He also told us about the but one get one free sale,which right away I said I'll take two! He came out a second time to tell us one of our break lines had gotten twisted and he fixed it. I later asked to replace the drivers side windshield wiper which he replied I certainly will! Just a great feeling the entire two hours. Recently Byrom repaired our ac fan He and his staff member Chris worked diligently on it because i had a drs appt. I even went back to get two more tires for the rear! I have found a new garage for all my problems due to the gracious way we were treated by your two great employees.

I walked out of my house to find a flat tire so I called to see when they can get me in and they were able to get me in same day and I could drop off immediately. The employees were also super kind and had a great sense of humor and reassured me throughout the entire process. I honestly was going through really rough time that week and the tire being flat literally made me break down, and call home in tears. Being able to take it somewhere so close and receive such quick service at a price that wasn’t going to wreck my bank account, I really could not have asked better service. The two guys that I interacted with while I was there made me smile and laugh, and I really am grateful for that experience.

When I walked outside today, my tire was flat!!! On a Saturday afternoon and it just happened to be Memorial Day weekend. Not only did they fit me in to get my tire fixed at almost 5 PM, these were some of the nicest people I have ever had contact with in my life. The work was incredible and fast. The people were professional and courteous and kind. I would recommend them over anyone any day.

$250 parts and services to replace a tire, just for it to blow after not even 30 days. And yet I have to file directly with the tire company for a refund? Should not have to pay any extra money for a warranty on a product intended to last multiple years. All this to not even mention that getting tires at BOGO Free was still going to jump up $200 more for just the labor.

I blew a tire out on interstate while visiting family. I spoke to John and he ordered me the exact cooper instinct tire I had on my 21’ Subaru STI. It came in two days later and he got it on even with a tire rotation. Awesome customer service and a pleasure to deal with. Highly recommend them!!

I called the service number to ask if they did state inspections and I was assured that they did. I drove across town to get my inspection and upon arrival the technician says they do not do state inspections and that the call center is incorrect. I called the call center back to let them know of this and the agent repeatedly over 10 times just cursed out at me the entire time. Until they remove this unprofessional answering service I would never recommend this location to anyone.

Went in for a flat that I couldn't find the source of. They helped me diagnose the smallest rim dent/crack that was leaking air from the bead and told me about a few good rim repair places as they don't do machine work there. All free of charge and fast. Thank you to these guys for the help and being there so late!!!

Extremely disappointed. I scheduled an appointment to replace my front 2 tires, and left with my car undriveable (literally). They told me I needed a bunch of other things done including a new battery and new front brake pads and upon making those switches my car no longer can reverse at all, cannot go over 60mph, and is extremely jerky each time the car switches gears (my car is a Ford Focus… an automatic). I left feeling completely at a loss for words and they still charged me almost $900 and simply told me they’re “sorry my car decided to give out here” rather than taking any sort of accountability. DO NOT BRING YOUR CAR HERE

Generally, I do my own maintenance and owned a small business until this past July, but I had no time this past weekend. They fit me in last minute and the pricing I recieved was very fair. Usually, I go to Mom and pop Tire shops for quick tire plugs this time I came here. I I was impatient because I wasn't used to quality assured work. Their method is to seal the tire from the inside to reduce risk of the tire plug coming out on the highway, which put a big emphasis on safety. As impatient as I was, the brother behind the counter was very stoic. The techs were very informative & efficient. Thank Y'all For great service and Reinforcement of the virtue of patience .

Woke up to a flat tire the night after getting the tires replaced. Had to get it towed there as the hybrid does not have a spare. Cost me time and money hence the three star review. Customer service was good though.
