Customer service wasn’t all that great this time around. I wasn’t kept informed about my vehicle. I also wasn’t given a phone call to inform me when it was ready. I had to rely on text messages to get information about my vehicle which was new for me. My return date was changed and I was told that I was responsible for reaching out to the insurance company as if I were the one working on the vehicle . I felt like that shouldn’t have been my responsibility, after all who informed the insurance company of the first date? Just poor lack of communication this time around .
