I needed 4 new tires that I was bringing with me to be put on my vehicle. I called up to the shop & they told me it would be $10 per tire and was told me to come in at 4pm. I arrive at 4pm with my new tires. There is a man and a child(10-12yrs old) at the shop. They get my tires out and set them in the shop. Then they tell me and my children that we have to get out the car while they put the tires on the vehicle. My daughter (13) & my autistic son (3) get out and sit in a couple chairs they have in the actual garage because they don’t have a waiting room for customers. IT TOOK 3 HOURS JUST TO GET 4 tires put on my vehicle. They had a child working on my vehicle. They had no accommodations for children and no regard for our time. I watch them take another customer while my care was up in the air. After they finished with the customer that came in after me it still took another hour and 45 mins. They watched my autistic son cry & scream for all those hours. They never tried to move in a timely fashion. The child that they were using to help had no CLUE to what he was doing. Is it even legal to have a child working in a garage that young??? I don’t know but I will be finding out. While they were taking their time my autistic toddler could not walk anywhere and couldn’t touch anything because they don’t have a waiting room for their customers. We had to be in the actual garage where the work was being done. After so long my son cried & screamed himself to sleep. They still didn’t move any faster. They had no care or compassion for my children or myself. They were too busy trying to take a child step by step on how to do the work on my vehicle. I am a customer, You should be teaching your children on your own time & your own vehicle …IT WAS BEYOND UNPROFESSIONAL. I WOULD NEVER RECOMMEND THIS SHOP TO ANY MOTHERS or any families with special needs children that have no choice but to bring their children with them. 4pm-7pm just to get tires put on. When I was there at 4pm and a person was leaving when I came in so I was the only car there at first & it STILL TOOK 3 HOURS. Just imagine if I needed real work done on my vehicle.😳 I 100% do not recommend.
