The mechanism attached to the wiper motor became detached on my ‘91 Mercedes 300 G-Wagen. Access is through removing the instrument panel. Over a 2-hour period they instead were able to fish the detached parts through the quite small hole under the hood where the wiper motor is installed. For a charge of just one hour of labor - nothing else - they got the wipers working again. They kept me informed throughout and were very pleasant and knowledgeable. They pointed out a small deteriorated part in the washer hose under the hood, and offered to fix it at some future date after they’d done some research into this 31 year-old model. Very very impressive.

Can I do 6 stars instead? I'm not kidding when I tell you this - if you're going to the dealership for service then you're throwing 2/3rds of your money away. Joe is the most honest, knowledgable, personable mechanic I've ever met. Many folks in his position want to get the job, finish the job, and get onto the next one. And that's fine - I get it. We're not in business to make small talk. But Joe absolutely goes out of his way to ensure his customers are at ease every step of the way - with immediate car needs, long term maintenance plans, and just general fodder about the cars we love so much as owners. I truly cannot compliment my experiences at Mainly Benz enough. We very much recommend Joe and Mainly Benz.

If you have a German car like Mercedes-Benz or BMW you better stay with mechanics who know what they are doing. Joe is definitely one of them and he is very fair with pricing. I found him from one of his neighbor mechanics and now I know where to bring my Mercedes if anything needs to be done. He knows a lot about European cars. If you have one of them this is the address you should do business with. I am so glad there is a honest, trustable mechanic out there who would fix my car without headache and question in my mind.

I brought my C300 for service A. I am so pleased to find a personable honest mechanic. I was a little early but they took me right away. They had a waiting room with comfortable chairs which I thought I would be in for a while .Well, everything was done in under an hour. Alex was wonderful and even took the time to explain a problem I had with the car which I had with a prior mechanic. I would certainly recommend them. The price was affordable compared to a Mercedes dealership. I now consider myself a customer.

Owner of this shop is "TOP" in knowledge of all Mercedes Benz cars. If your car is out of Warranty definitely take it here. They've saved me thousands of dollars over dealers that just want to change out parts. Let's face it the dealers service technicians in my experience are just glorified parts changers. They locate a possible problem and keep changing parts until your car is fixed. And that's fine under warranty, but when not it adds up dramatically. I've met Mainly Staff they are actual mechanics. I didn't need my car back ASAP so they were able to give my wife's finicky SL500 tons of TLC, so much so, they saved me literally $3500 over the dealer estimate. And we all know dealer estimates aren't usually less they're more - unfortunately. In closing this place NEVER up sells, forces unneeded service - they fix Mercedes cars (period) - they have my complete trust and and my thanks. Call and make an appointment, tell them you read Rob's review if you'd like. But either way you will find them fair and honest like I did.

I have driven German cars for many years, and dealt with numerous mechanics. All fell short of providing me with the trust and longstanding relationship I needed to depend on. Meeting Joe changed everything. I contacted him prior to buying a Mercedes and he offered his valuable time in talking me through making the right choice. I've used him ever since, and have absolutely no intention on trusting anyone else. He is a phenomenal mechanic and he doesn't "upcharge" for things you don't need. I would recommend him to anyone looking for "only the best." He will change the way you look at mechanics. Trust his word. He will not steer you wrong.

Joe and his team are exceptional. I brought my BMW there for a pre-purchase inspection. They went over everything on the car, and gave me a detailed list of what was necessary, what would be upcoming etc. I really appreciated that they came up with a plan that made sense. For example since we were going to do tear apart a certain part of the engine, it made sense, to do some preventative maintenance a bit earlier since those parts were already accesible. Well sought out work, and a great price, and top quality

Excellent auto repair service. I have used Mainly Benz on two of my cars. I had brake work done and spark plugs replaced on my 2016 GLE350. Outstanding service at a fair price. I also had oil change and spark plugs replaced on my 2016 E400. I would highly recommend Mainly Benz.
