Alfredo Sandoval, my service writer, did a great job in every way. Unfortunately, the tire tech who inflated my tires didn't. Not only didn't pay attention to Alfredo's written instructions to inflate my tires to 41psi but didn't read the door panel instructions to do the same, 41psi. The front and right rear tires were at 38 psi and the left rear was at 35 psi. This seems to happen every time I have the tires rotated. I sent a text message to Alfredo to this affect. You might want to get a tire tech that pays attention.

The ladies in the service department did a great job too. The detailing left my truck looking brand new. Not to mention that the sales department waived the rental truck "tank not full" fee. Wow! Alfredo Sandoval was extremely patient and kind with my Malibu frustrations and made sure I was taken care of in a timely matter. Service went well, but the website when making an appointment gives you the option to choose a shuttle service. But when I asked about it once there, they said they no longer had shuttle for over 4 months. The website should be updated to remove that as a suggestion.

Cruz is an amazing advisor who goes above and beyond for her Chevy family. The majority of the time when I get my oil change done at the dealership, the advisors fail to call me to let me know my service is complete. I have to call to ask if I can pick up my truck. This particular appointment, I dropped off the truck at my appointment which was 10:00am. I said I would like my truck in the afternoon, particularly as soon as possible. I didn't get a call from the advisor. I decided to wait until my ride was off work at 4:30 and went to get my truck. My truck was parked in the bay. I mentioned to the cashier that I never received a call from the advisor telling me that my truck was done. The cashier proceeded to tell me that the advisor had left for the day. My thought was don't they have other advisors who take over and call customers to tell them that their vehicles are ready to be picked up? It couldn't have taken 6 hours to do an oil change. I told the cashier that this isn't the first time that I have brought my truck for an oil change and they failed to call me when my truck was done. Apparently the service manager had left for the day too so I wasn't able to talk to him.

Wy a star cuz I can put zero scratch my truck driver side rear panel and wheel for 2nd of 3 times it's been in for service and tire rotation and spent a week with truck to paint that rear panel and it came back with noticeable scratche still there and were the rear panel meets with the cabin it didn't get painted it was really a piss of bull crap job.

I am adding to the below review changed from 2 to 4 stars. They never charged the fuel charge, My service rep contacted me to address the review and my concerns. You read below look at the picture and I decide.. The appt the picking up the rental.. everything upto the end was 5 stars, but was I scammed at the end? I brang this up with service before I left and was told not to worry about it. Final paper work says miles driven 103 mi, that is right. Then it says fuel out 95% Fuel in 90.5% charge is $7 per gallon. So the Traverse I was given gets 22 miles to a gallon, and my gas receipt shows I put 4.93 gallons in. How did they look at the gauge and claim I returned with less fuel then I got it with? Picture included of return agreement and my gas receipt.. I will watch the credit card, but for me to have to catch and ask seems sketchy, how many people end up paying $7 a gallon for gas they did not even use?

Maita chevy didn't want to honor my power train warranty. My 2021 Silverado 2500HD has a 5 Year power train warranty or 60,000 miles they didn't want to honor because its lifted!?! The lift can only causes ball joints, tie roads suspension or other such parts to fail, not the transmission, I dont haul anything with this truck it is my pleasure vehicle only drive it 10 miles max on weekends, it has 32k miles. Im extremely upset with the service manager Mike said my vehicle is highly modified with a 6in lift! NOT WANTING TO EVEN TRY AND SUBMIT TO GM FOR REPAIR! Chevrolet not wanting to cover my transmission I will not buy another chevy made vehicle again. There a picture at the bottom of how chevy will leave your truck on the side of the road like they left myn, careful buying any vehicle from this place!

This visit was disappointing, to say the least. Scheduling a service appointment seems to mean nothing here—there was zero attention given to clients waiting in the service drive. These are simple issues to fix. For example, have a lot porter tag vehicles with numbers (“1, 2, 3, 4,” etc.) so that when an advisor becomes available, clients are assisted in order and fairly. In addition, appointments should be honored, as clients’ time is valuable and the competition is strong. After this experience, I am seriously considering using another dealership for service.

“I’ve had my Chevrolet truck in for service three times now for a persistent emission fault code that keeps appearing on the dash. Unfortunately, the dealership has not been able to fix the issue yet. They suspect it might be a wiring or connection problem, but there’s no service bulletin for it. Now they have to escalate the issue to the GM Technical Assistance Center for further investigation. This means I have to keep driving with the fault code on, which is quite frustrating. Hopefully, they’ll resolve it soon.”

Service was good but when I got home I noticed some oil drops on my Driveway. So I called the service center and made an appointment for the following day. When I got to the service center Vince Valdez was my service advisor. He took the time to talk to me and also made sure that my truck was pushed to the front of the line to take care of the issue. I want to thank him and also let who ever needs to know that people like Vince get recognized for their service and hard work.
