This shop was amazing, they coordinated everything with me and and my insurance after my accident. They made my car look brand new on the outside and provided a detailed cleaning on the inside. It was like driving your car off the lot from the dealership. Amazing!

I was recently in an accident and brought my vehicle to Malden Brodaway Auto Body Shop for Repair, I cannot say enough about how professional they handled everything. I am usually ready for the typical no calls back, and run around of the Body Shops I have dealt with in the past, but I was referred to this one by a friend, and I was glad he referred me. Juan handled everything from start to finish with the Insurance Company, and kept me in the loop, calling me. I did not have to call him to see what was going on with my vehicle. I could not believe how clean the shop was. When I went to pickup my vehicle, I had asked if they offered detailing services which they do. So when I picked up the vehicle it was like a Brand New Car. The owner Jerry even introduced himself to me and thanked me for my business, a very classy gesture. I was very impressed with this business.

got a price from a few body shops to have my 2002 f250 resprayed. Three doors need replacement due to rust. The other body shops priced my truck for used doors and we're not helpful at all. Gerry on the other hand gave me the same price, only with new doors. He was professional kind clean cut and assisted all my needs with a strategy best suited for myself. He also has intricate knowledge of how products tie in and transition with each other. I had the same experience with his staff, his shop is also mint well looked after and maintained. I look forward to doing the work with Jerry and i will post a later review.

I brought my 2011 Toyota Prius in for a minor bumper repair in the front and rear and a side scrape. I met with the owner who was courteous and professional but I was a bit skeptical as his quote was over one thousand dollars lower than the other three local body shops that I went to. When I got my car back about two weeks later, the result far exceeded my expectation. The bumper and paint job was amazing, it look brand new. My daughter drives the car now and she couldn't be happier with the body work. I highly recommend this body shop and will definitely be a returning customer.

Malden Broadway autobody is the best. Check the pictures of how they left my 20 year old truck after respraying. They also installed a new floor on the bed that had rotting cross member bars. Jerry is extremely professional and reasonable, just an all round good guy. A rare find these days. Again let me emphasize this is how he left my 20 year old truck looking.

It is difficult to justify a charge of $1,000 for a bumper guard installation that involved only minimal paintwork and resulted in substandard workmanship. In particular, the visible gap next to the headlight reflects a lack of attention to detail and raises concerns about the overall quality of the repair. Given these issues, the price appears disproportionate to the work performed and the outcome delivered.
