I work in short walking distance of Sergio's and decided to give it a try as it's super convenient to drop my car there before work then pick it up to go home. When I called to get a quote on my brakes I was delighted at the fair pricing. He did the job within the day and everything worked great. A month later Sergio did a ignition lock cylinder for me. Price was right and the job was well done. This is my new shop!

I cant say anything bad about this place. Anytime I have something wrong with my vehicle I will call Sergios and they are attentive and really care. Recently I had an issue with my exhaust and they fixed it quickly and you can't beat the price. If you have issues go to Sergios you will not regret it.

I went to Sergio's Saturday afternoon for a quick patch up for one of my tires. Right when I walked in I was welcomed and was told I would be assisted soon. It took no more than 30 minutes and I was out the door. The receptionist and staff were friendly and even gave me a business card. Just a few days later, I was even texted by Sergio himself to follow up on just a quick tire patch up. Meaningful gestures like these are what make customers loyal to your business! 😎

I am so lucky I live near this auto repair shop - Sergio has helped me with so much on my car. He has repaired my car following a minor accident (replaced the rear axle), done routine maintenance work (replaced all brake pads and rotors), and the shop does minor things like inspect and patch a flat tire quickly and efficiently. Their prices are very fair and the quality of work is great. My car has been around for a while and I trust Sergio to keep it running for many more years.

Best around! It’s hard finding an honest mechanic and Sergio and his team are honest and so empathetic and kind. They understand car repair is anxiety provoking and expensive so they do whatever they can to give you the lowest rate they can while also maintaining high quality work. Went in for a broken passenger mirror. The dealership wanted an insane amount of money to fix the problem. Sergio charged me less than half that. Sergio cares and he makes it very apparent. I was in and out in an hour. Can’t recommend this guy and his team enough.

This shop is the BEST! If you are looking for a mechanic who is honest, skilled, hard working and above all values his customers, stop searching and take your car to Sergio's now!!! I used them in the past for the wheel bearing replacement and Sergio did an excellent job: diagnosed the issue that another shop was unable to diagnose, fixed it in no time and all for a reasonable price. He also followed up with me a week or so later to make sure everything was working to my satisfaction. During the most recent blizzard, my car wouldn't start because of the bad starter. AAA was directing me to use their approved shop and i spoke with a few in my neighbourhood who wouldn't share their rates or give me quotes unless I tow the car to them. I called Sergio who gave me two quotes dependent on the parts I wanted to use, we agreed on the price and I got the car towed to his location. He called me the same afternoon to say the work was done. I wasn't able to pick the car up for another two days and he stored it for me, no problem. When i was finally able to come get it- he started my car a bit earlier to warm it up and help loosen the ice. He even helped me clean the car before taking it off the lot. Talk about going above and beyond for your customers. I couldn't be more happier about my experience with Sergio and will gladly give him all my business in the future.

These guys started to talk about religion and trust, when I was questioning their unprofessional work. They said, if I am a true believer, then I should just trust their work, and never question what they do. They charged me over $1000 and still did not fix my vehicle. Absolutely do not recommend using their service. Very unprofessional!

I will say that the atmosphere at Sergio's Auto Repair is always friendly and helpful. But more importantly, he and his mechanics as well as the office manager are by far the best professionally! In addition to this, there is the added feature of this being a bilingual establishment!

These guys will never take a responsibility. I paid $1500 to fix the engine and transmission mount, and after they "fixed" it, my vehicle became even worse. It is shaking a lot, makes lots of noise, and my vehicle after their "repair" became 10 year older than it was. They ruined my vehicle and now I have to fix it again somewhere else, and pay $1500 more. Don't go to these guys, they will make you pay twice.

Read good reviews and as my carnis getting older i need a mechanic i can trust . I knew the part I needed from the dealership , and I brought it in on a Saturday and work was done later that afternoon . Sergio is honest and his pricing is fair. Sergio Auto Repair has been my go to mechanic. They are fast and efficient with their repairs. The customer service was exceptional. Drop car off, they call to tell me what needs to be fix and a quote on pricing, you decide if you want to continue on with the process. Simple. The pricing I believe is decent, not too high but also not too low, which is understandable in this economy. You are also paying for the quality work and the efficiency of time being used.

I have been bringing my car to Sergio's Auto Repair since I moved to this area, and every visit has been a wonderful experience. Sergio and his team are super friendly, professional, and impressively efficient. Usually, I wait at the store while they work and they always fixed my car faster than I expected. Recently, I had oil change, battery change, and also flat tire repair at Sergio's, and as usual, their service went beyond my expectations. I highly recommend Sergio since he really cares customers and very easy to talk to. Every time I stop by, it feels like catching up with an old friend - someone you know you can count on.
