I found WAR after I went to Frank’s Auto in Eastie and felt super taken advantage of. I just moved to Boston and wanted to find an auto shop I could trust and wouldn’t overprice or oversell me as a female. Miguel was the best in helping. They replaced my car’s brake discs, pads and a caliper. I ran into some medical issues and they kept my car a little longer than planned. They also gave me 1 year warranty on parts and the job. I walked away feeling quite confident and that my car was taken care of. I now will only go here.

Had an extremely pleasant experience here with when I came in for a vibration issue that a dedicated wheel repair place couldn't point out. Will and Miguel were very astute in finding the issue and did not have any unnecessary work done that wasn't needed. You can tell that there is a very sharp demeanor when it comes to how they approach their work and relay it back to the customer in a very transparent way. Overall - This place is amazing for anyone with a Euro car. Looking forward to getting more work/maintenance done here in the near future

I’ve been a customer of WAR for a pretty long time, albeit I’ve been lucky not to have many car troubles in the past few years. But as “luck” would have it, and as I passed my old friends as WAR this morning, I noticed a flat tire. These things always happen when you’re feeling out of luck, or when you least expect it, and aren’t prepared for it - please not today!!. Today was one of those days, and this was about to put me over the edge. I popped into WAR, as it was just around the corner, hoping they would help me out- and what a warm welcome I was given by Will & Miguel. Not only did they remember me, but they fixed my tire right up on short notice and I was able to go about my day. I couldn’t ask for better service, these guys are truly kind! Truthfully, every interaction with them has always been a good one, but simply reminded of it today and wanted to share.

Been coming here since the old owners and noticed no difference when the new folks came in. That’s how good they are. The most consistent fair priced car repair place in the entirety of MA. I say that with full confidence and here’s why. Last time there was a minor error with my oil change causing a little spill. Needless to say I was frustrated, but I came in peace and knew they would resolve it. Miguel was quick to resolve it no problem. We had a great chat while he took me first and made sure it was done from Scratch. Also letting me know that the rest of the spill would be cleaned up in May when I return. I was more than impressed with the service and is a true testament with how honest they are. I am and will be a customer for life. They specialize in all repairs and have extensive knowledge of any and all cars. Simply put. They are the best.

If I could give 6 stars I would overall no other better place then this one here I highly recommend they really know what they are doing and are really helpful and friendly throughout the whole process these gentlemen have taken exceptional care for my BMW 550i even tho the car hasn’t quite taken care of me haha but anyway best place I’ve been to I highly recommend over the BMW dealership. William is an awesome tech with more experience than the regular BMW dealership tech just know they will really take care of your car and won’t rip you off like the dealership!

I truly can’t say enough positive things about this business. As a woman, it’s really important to me that auto shops don’t speak down to me or try to take advantage. Wil and Miguel were incredibly kind, informative, and honest. I had a few repairs taken care of on my wife’s car and then brought my car the next day. The biggest sign of an honest shop is telling you when it’s time to stop investing in your current vehicle. My almost twenty-year-old vehicle is now ready to retire, but a lot of places could have ignored obvious structural integrity issues with the vehicle and try to sell you brakes, filters, and then some. Anyway, if you’re looking for honest and trustworthy auto technicians, WAR automotive is the spot.

I could not recommend this business more!! I called Miguel the day before leaving for my wedding, panicked because I was quickly losing air in my tire and had to drive over 2 hours the following day. He took a look at my car immediately and very quickly and efficiently remedied the situation. He was so kind and compassionate throughout the whole process and took a very stressful situation off my plate! I will only be bringing my business here for as long as I live around here!

I took my X6M to service a “in your face” noise on the left wheel: they never drove the car to diagnose the issue and told me they couldn’t remove the wheel because of a striped bolt. I bought a 20 bucks tool on Amazon and removed the wheel myself in 5 minutes. They even told me that they’d need to break a $1500 wheel to service it. They have a very apparent issue - They don’t know anything about BMW and pose as they do. Maybe fine for any other popular car brand, NOT BMW

He helped me add air to the tire and took the time to explain what was going on, giving recommendations that were truly in my best interest, not just trying to make a sale. I brought my car here for a brake diagnosis and repair, and they were amazing. Even as someone who knows and loves cars, it can be intimidating trying out a new mechanic. After my experience here, I’ve definitely found my new regular place. They were friendly, honest, accommodating, and fairly priced. What else is there to look for? Miguel at the front desk was great. Explained what the diagnosis was when they solved it, went through my options, and provided pricing right then before I decided what I wanted to do next. My dealership quoted me over $1000 to fix my driver side mirror. Not to mention other fixes like my tpms and a daytime bulb. Miguel said if I could find a good aftermarket part he’d install it along with the other things. His charge? Less than half of what the dealership was asking of me. Super easy transaction too. Dropped off my car beginning of the day had it by the end of the day. I am very happy with my service from Miguel and his crew and I will be a regular from now on when it comes to my car repairs.
