I got my car repaired for a damage to the left door. First of all, this replaced door has a very different sound when closing it (maybe a proper parts alignment issue). Second, I received the repaired card with damaged windshield and automobile grease on the left door liner. Mannings folks happily blamed it on us, that that's how they had received it. But, it never come in their assessment for repair. I am very disappointed with their service and would not recommend it.

My older 2006 but mechanically sound BMW was starting to look pretty shabby. So, no insurance claim, self-pay, and understanding the limited value of a vehicle with 122,000 miles, the Mannings worked with me to limit the cost of repairs. The front end had to be repainted due to all the accumulated stone chips and wear. The once-proud BMW roundel was so faded as to be unreadable. Headlight lenses so cloudy as to impair usefulness. The windshield and rear window surrounds were rotted and mostly missing. It was sad, indeed. On the promised day the car was sparkling and detailed inside as well as outside leaving me feeling like I was driving a new car. Multiple unsolicited comments from others confirm my renewed sense of pride of ownership. So, the end result was my car looks virtually new! This was not my first experience with Manning and reinforced my strongly held belief in these folks. I highly recommend them.

I was very disappointed with the lack of communication. I brought my car in for repair in November 2024. I wasn't mad at the length of time it took for the repairs (4-6 weeks), but I was frustrated because towards the end, every. single. day. for two weeks, I was told my car would be ready "tomorrow" and it wasn't. This made life incredibly difficult because I was renting a car and had to coordinate with work to pick up my car. The day I picked up my car, I was advised that they didn't have the correct bumper and they weren't sure when it would come in because it was special order. They said it could take days or months. In March 2025, they finally called to tell me the bumper had come in. I asked when I could come and how long it would take. I was told I could drop it off any time and it would take just a couple of hours. It took me several weeks to find the time to get in, but I finally was able to drop my car off one morning, only to receive a call later that afternoon that my bumper (which took four months to get in) was nowhere to be found and they had to order another one. They said they thought a mechanic that left took it with him, then proceeded to insinuate it was my fault for waiting so long to bring it in. They then said the bumper would be in "tomorrow" and I left my car there for 3 days before realizing that "tomorrow" meant exactly what it did several months prior--not actually tomorrow and they have no idea when it'll be done. Fast forward to July 2025 and my bumper finally came in...again! What started in November 2024 finally ended on July 14, 2025. My issue wasn't necessarily the amount of time but the terrible communication. If I had been told in December 2024 that my car would take two more weeks instead of being told "tomorrow," there would have been no issue. If someone had called and said our mechanic took your bumper (or...we lost it), don't drop your car off until we get a new one, no issue. If they had said the bumper won't be in for weeks, instead of being told "tomorrow," there would have been no issue! The staff is friendly. The work was fine. They came recommended. Overall, disappointed because the communication was so terrible that it made planning impossible and made every day a frustrating experience.

My factory/repaired kia that had the anti theft device on it was stolen out of my driveway and it was found damaged. My Insurance company sent my car to Mannings to be fixed. They had my car for almost a month and no phone calls to let me know what was going on. Then when it got done Rick called to let me know it was ready to go. I picked it up and drove it off and by the time I got home it wouldn't start and check engine light was on and it was surging real bad. Called to have it towed back there to be looked at again and Rick told us some more of his lies. They called me the next day to tell me it was ready again. I picked it up again and the same thing is still going on. Nothing fixed. Their ripping people off. I wouldn't take nothing there . As a matter of fact when I called back the second day Professional Rick😂🤣 laughed about me being pissed about my car. I hope their business gets shut down. So if your insurance company recommends them I would definitely tell them you want someone else.RUN

Manning’s staff was incredibly friendly from the moment I brought my car there for the initial inspection. The drop off process was easy and they kept me informed of the progress on the repairs for my car through the whole process. The repair process was extremely fast and I got my car back one week from the day I dropped it off. Upon getting my car back, the repair itself was fantastic and you couldn’t tell any part of the car had been damaged to begin with. Went to Manning's based off amazing feed back from two separate experiences from both of my parents. I went for a door repair that two other repair shops could not handle. Got rear ended in an accident on September 30th. Manning’s was the recommended company to use for state farm. They made the entire process stress-free and fast. My vehicle was finished October 25th and you can’t tell I’ve been in an accident at all. They checked for all potential damage and repaired everything. They even cleaned it inside & out(sooo appreciated). I will definitely be using mannings in the future when needed. 10/10 service. Thank you!

I chose Manning’s because I had heard nothing but great things about this body shop from my coworkers plus it was a very convenient location from where I work. It was also one of the preferred body shops that State Farm Insurance uses. Even all of the reviews that I had read were nothing but great. However, my experience with this body shop was one of the worst experiences I have ever had. I was highly disappointed with the lack of communication, how long they had my car from start to finish, the way I was treated and the work that was performed on my car. Considering how reputable this company has been in the past with the community and my coworker’s experiences, I expected to have a phenomenal experience with them, unfortunately, that was not the case for me. I was truly shocked with how horrible this whole ordeal has been for me. I was not treated as a priority, my issues were not taken seriously, and everytime I stopped to check the status of my car or to communicate my concerns, I got the sense of being an inconvenience to them and definitely did not feel welcomed there. As far as the work that was performed to my car, it was far from high quality as one would expect from a company that has had nothing but good things said about them in the past. The paint had many very noticeable imperfections, the body parts that were replaced were not aligned well and were very obvious when looking at the car, the heat/air controls in the car were sticking as though they had been wet, possibly from being rained on with a busted windshield (the car sat outside for weeks at their shop without being covered up) and the headlights were not adjusted when I picked up the car the first time. It wasn’t until it was dark outside that I realized that I couldn’t see 6 feet in front of me because the headlights were pointing towards the ground. There are many other things that went wrong that I could mention but you pretty much get the idea of what I dealt with. I voiced my concerns and Manning’s agreed to fix the imperfections in the paint and realign the fender and the hood. They did adjust my headlights to where they were supposed to be without any issues. However, the second attempt at fixing the paint was a disaster!! It looked worse when I got it back than it did before I dropped it off. There were new scratches on the car that were not there before and even more imperfections in the paint. The concerns I had with the parts not lining up and the heat/air controls were not addressed at all. I contacted State Farm to find out what the next step would be to get this resolved and because I had chosen Manning’s to begin with, they preferred me to give them another chance to make it right. At this point, I did not want Manning’s to touch my car again. I had the option of finding another body shop but I decided to just deal with the crappy work that Manning’s had done to my car and just let it go. I had been dealing with this since October 2023 and finally got my car back at the end of January 2024. The insurance only covered a rental car for 30 days so on top of the bad experience I had with the body shop, I also had to figure out how to get to work everyday without a car until mine was ready. That was another reason I decided to just let it go. I truly hope that if you choose this body shop that your experience will be much better than what I went through.

Mannings got my SUV all the way together after being rear ended in a hit and run. The back had so much damage done to it but once it was returned to me you would never know it was in an accident. The service is top notch. They kept me informed via text every step of the way. When in contact with them the customer service given was professional, friendly, and responsive. I really appreciate, Rick, who did my estimate and worked on my SUV. He went above and beyond making sure my vehicle was taken care of. The date they said it would be ready was the date it was finished. I would highly recommend their business.
