Have owned a lot of German cars, and used many independent shops over the years. The level of professionalism and honesty with Marlow is well above the average independent shop. Several master techs from MB, and honest assessments of what you need, no up sales. Incredible work done the first time, with accurate estimates. Will continue to use Marlow for any German car, let alone for MB.

So happy to have found Marlow! Their team is professional, very nice, and honest. They are also very conscious of your time and my car has never sat their long. If they need to keep it longer they are always communicative. We have a diesel Sprinter Van and they are very knowledgeable when it comes to diesel engines.

Marlow Mercedes is absolutely amazing and the go to place for European cars. They are efficient, clean, and professional with all the latest equipment. We just purchased an AMG SLS and they did an initial inspection, smog and oil change. We highly recommend this great mechanic shop!

I use them for regular maintenance or any repairs for my Mercedes Benz SUV. I have had few repairs since my car is a 2011, I even had them replacing the tires! Excellent service, honest and worth the price. They service many other type of cars and not only Mercedes. Their customer service is outstanding, Roy is the one that I have to thank for taking care of my car :) but every each one of the people that have been there for a long time are amazing!! Roy and his excellent team at Marlow Mercedes Werks have always done perfect work keeping my vintage x3 BMW (245,900 miles and counting) in top shape. It’s very reassuring to know that from start to finish no details will be overlooked, and the job will be done right the first time. I have been so happy with their service, when the time comes to purchase another car, I’ll definitely choose another BMW or Mercedes, because of trust I have in them to keep my car running perfectly.

Everyone at Marlow motors was so professional and nice. They got me in right away and gave me updates throughout the day. My car had a horrible smell of gas and they were able to diagnose and fix it in the same day. They also found a couple of other maintenance issues and updated me on those as well. I will definitely return for all of maintenance and other repairs with my Mercedes .

I’ve had my 2018 Sprinter camper van serviced at Marlow a few times now, and they’ve been great every time. The whole team is super courteous, timely, and friendly. They’re always punctual, respectful, and really honest about what needs to be done. They explain everything clearly, lay out my options in a straightforward way, and never make me feel rushed or pressured. A couple of times, I had something small that needed to be checked or adjusted, and they took care of it on the spot without charging me. Little gestures like that really show how much they care about their customers. Overall, I’ve had nothing but positive experiences here. I definitely recommend Marlow if you’re looking for a reliable and trustworthy shop.

I have been going to Marlow's for over six years for my 2015 Mercedes Sprinter. The whole experience has been outstanding! My interaction has been with the service writers (mainly Roy and Nathan) and they are extremely helpful, friendly, responsive, and professional! I always feel confident that I'm going to get great service at a fair price, that they will stand behind their work, and will only recommend work that is really necessary. I've often called them when traveling across country and can count on them to give me professional service advice and recommendations!

I have worked with auto service shops throughout the western US for decades and have never experienced service reps and mechanics as knowledgeable, professional, informative, friendly, and customer service oriented as I’ve found at Marlow Motor-Werks. Marlow has serviced my Mercedes sprinter for over 10 years and I have been thoroughly satisfied with their work. I recently had a major mechanical issue requiring a replacement part that threatened to delay my planned departure the next morning on a long trip in my Sprinter. I called Roy, my service rep at Marlow, who told me to meet him in the parking lot at the shop. He met me there with Marlow’s parts specialist, who quickly assessed which parts were needed and immediately ordered them for expedited delivery. (Another service rep, knowing the stress I was under, delivered a freshly baked chocolate chip cookie to me in the parking lot, which improved my mood considerably!). The parts arrived the next morning. Marlow mechanics installed the parts before 10:00 A.M., and I was on my way. I can’t guarantee cookies, but I can guarantee you’ll get the best possible service for your vehicle at a competitive price. I cannot recommend Marlow Motor-Werks strongly enough!

I had a very good experience with Marlow Motor-werks. I took my car in for a routine check/oil change and the staff was knowledgeable, helpful and quick with their service. After calling, I was able to schedule an appointment within a week. The cost of the service was lower than the quotes from other shops in the Monterey area and the customer service was outstanding.

Over the years, they’ve serviced all my Mercedes vehicles — and more recently, my BMW — with exceptional care, quality, and dependability. This team does excellent work, and they’re honest. They communicate well and are thorough. I have given up on local dealers when it comes to getting service and maintenance work done on both my Mercedes and my BMW. We live in Pebble and our options are limited unless we want to go the the Bay Area, which is its own set of hassles. My wife and I can strongly recommend Nathan as a service advisor.

Marlow MotorWerks Monterey Ca - 5+stars. Starting off on a Pacific to Atlantic road trip, I needed help on a suspension issue on my overloaded vintage MBZ wagon - Marlow MotorWerks scheduled me in short notice and fixed the prob while I waited. I have found maybe a handful of shops that have the experience and know-how to work on these old beauties - Marlow is on the short list. Just an excellent job, and exceptional customer service! Thank you again!! Ps - 4500 miles later car is in Charlston SC….not a single hiccup the whole trip - just an oil change mid-continent!

I’ve had both my Mercedes and BMW serviced by Marlo Motorworks for several years now. From inspections and maintenance to suspension work that I’ve had done. The entire team is customer focused and the communication is outstanding.
