Saved me a bunch of money!! I went there today cuz I was told by Firestone that I needed new rear brake shoes and they lied! And Firestone was gonna give me a bogus price of $309 for the whole thing. And then was truthful about my tires but wanted me to pay $400. Nope! I am grateful that the gentleman who helped me see this at the auto shop was there to help and point that out.firestone ain’t getting my money. Marrero’s I am grateful!☺️

Great shop to get your car fixed right the first time! Just bring your parts and let them take care of the rest. Took my car in to get cv axle replace, flex pipes fixed and other parts for over a year now and all their work is done perfectly! It is worth the drive to their shop, quick, clean and efficient!

For me is always a pleasure to take my cars here they're very nice people nice atmosphere I always have trust in them when it comes to my cars they would take care of your car as if they were their own I used to live in reading Pennsylvania for like 3 years and moved an hour and a half away from them and still go to them for whatever my cars need or wants 😉 I recommend this place to anyone is a 10 out 10 type of place

I took my car to get catalytic converters on. They told me they were the wrong ones for my car bc they were high flow. They took my car off the lift and sent me on my way. I took my car to a professional muffler shop and he said they were fine to put on my car. Maybe this shop is only for certain jobs. Not to do custom exhaust

Worse place to go. Been here hours just for something simple. The lady at the front is rude, has conversations with family and friends rather then the customer that is actually in front of them. You are ignored and invisible until the lady at the front chooses to acknowledge you. Definitely no patient courtesy. If you are not a friend or family you will indeed wait longer than you should. So many workers and only ONE person working on cars? How does this make any sense.

I never had a problem going here, the people are nice. My family and friends always tell me this is the best place to come and it is. Their service may take time due to their high volume of customers, however they know what they’re doing and they do great work. 2/5 because they were able to get my car fixed. I have never had a complaint or anything up until today. Took my car to get a water pump replaced, I brought the part myself. I had my car looked at by three different shops first and each pricing around +$400. I’m a teacher assistant, I’m going to be unemployed a week from now relying on UC for the summer. So obviously I’m going to take it to the cheapest place I know of instead. Dropped it off on Friday, told me they couldn’t do it due to the timing chain but they found a “friend” to do it instead. Told me it’d be $150. Cool. Asked if I should replace the timing chain since it’s being touched during the job. They said don’t worry about it, it’s not needed. Without zero complications (which there were none that I was made aware of) this job takes about 2 hrs, maybeeee 3hrs max. There’s a YouTube video 1hr20min long step by step on how to do it (I just don’t have the time with work and school nor would I be able to do it due to back problems). Get the call this morning(Monday) & also I’m not complaining about it being the whole weekend since they are busy and they do close on Sundays… but all of a sudden it’s $450. For labor costing about $90/hr (I would know because I take all of my cars there) not sure how it jumped from $150 to $450 for a 2hr job. If it was going to be $450, even though I bought my own part, I would’ve settled with the first shop and waited til I could comfortably afford paying it. Thankful for my car being fixed but don’t tell me one price and jump up by $300 and not even tell me who did the work.

Family member came in for me to see if they can fix my car. They neglected to tell my family member that I had to come in early in the morning. So I drove almost an hour down to get it fixed only for the lady at the desk to say “we only do that in the morning”. Then my family member went to talk to the guys in the garage and the one guy said “he doesn’t touch hybrids” then when we explain what’s happening is making my car overheat he tries to say “that doesn’t make your car overheat” just to turn around and say “if you leave it here I can take a look at it in the morning” I thought you didn’t touch hybrids? Way too much run around and I big waste of my time.

I've been going to this mechanic for years, and they consistently do an excellent job. The work is always top quality, and the prices are very fair. It's first come, first serve, so if you're not there early you might have to wait a bit but it's absolutely worth it for the reliable service and honest work. Highly recommend!
