I brought in a vehicle we intended to sell for a full detail. Having kids, using this as a daily driver, two dogs, and being the middle of winter, this rig was pretty dirty. Getting the time to clean it up during the freezing months was not going to happen any time soon too. The job Mars did was worth EVERY. PENNY. When I received my Explorer back, it was pristine like it had come off the dealership showroom floor. The care they took into making sure ALL of my concerns were address was outstanding. After purchasing a new truck from Doug Quast at Denny Menholt Chevrolet, I was in the market for a clear bra to protect the front end and wanted the front side windows tinted to match the factory tint on the rear. Doug highly recommended Mars—a shop with years of experience, a solid reputation, and a commitment to quality and standing behind their work. I called and scheduled an appointment with Kaden and met him the next morning at 8:00 a.m. He took the time to walk around the truck with me, explain all of the available packages, and patiently answered my many questions. I ultimately chose a full front-end clear bra, including the headlights, plus heat-reflective tint on the front windows to help keep things cool in the summer. Kaden also suggested protective film behind the door handles, which was a nice touch. I was expecting traditional hand-cut vinyl like I had on my last vehicle, but Mars uses a precision cutting system that creates curved panels designed specifically for your vehicle. The difference in fit and finish was impressive—far superior to the straight-line cuts I was used to. Now, you can’t truly evaluate customer service until there’s a hiccup. In my case, one of the windows had an issue with the tint. Devin, the owner, personally inspected the vehicle and scheduled a fix for the very next day—no excuses, just action. The window was redone perfectly, with a smile and a genuine commitment to making it right. That’s rare. Throughout the process, I interacted with several team members who all went above and beyond: Kaden, the service writer, was fantastic to work with. Max, the installer, not only fixed the tint but carefully inspected the entire job to ensure everything was flawless. Kevin, the General Manager, came out to meet me and even helped arrange transportation. Devin, the owner, kept in constant touch and put my mind to ease. And a special shoutout to Mom Mars—Devin’s mom and hands-down the best unofficial ambassador any business could ask for. She's classy, welcoming, and made the experience that much better. Their facility is modern, clean, and truly impressive. If you're looking for window tint, protective coatings, or anything similar, do yourself a favor and give Mars a call. This team is the real deal—rock stars all around!

Took our vehicle in at the end of May for warranty repair (bought through a local dealership) was quoted 1 week that we should hear back for scheduling. 1 month goes by no contact until I call and was told I was initially quoted wrong and that it should take 4-6 weeks, understood. Wait another month still no contact without me calling. This time they say there was a mix up in paperwork but they've gotten it straightened out and should call soon to set up an appointment. It is now September and they have never contacted me once through the whole process. If I could take my car elsewhere I would. Customer service skills could be improved upon.

I would like to give a shout out to David at Mars of Billings. I was in an accident and I needed to know how much I purchased my tonneau cover for, from them as I didn’t have my receipt nor did I know the year or day I purchased it and on top of this the company had updated their system so mine was archived. He could have said he had no idea how to find it, but instead he said he would look and see if he could find it and get back to me the next day. The very next day he called and said he found the information, he gave me the price I paid. Now that’s Customer Service!!! Thanks again David.

MARS of Billings is the crown jewel of Montana. I love this place and the people in it. I got a tour of the facility after they had a corporate event the night before, so the shop space was empty for the festivities. Usually, though, this place is booming, and the parking lot is always packed. MARS is your go-to for all automotive accessories, window tint, paint protection film, ceramic coatings, detailing, and more. Devon and his team do incredible work and treat you like family. I want to give a special shoutout to Spencer for helping me pick the right package for my truck and giving me a thorough tour of their fantastic business. I am incredibly impressed with the detailing job I received at Mars. I have several young children, who were not very kind to my cars interior. From the moment I contacted Mars the customer service was top notch. Extremely friendly and informative staff!
