They did professional job on my Saab 9-7X with exhaust. Deleted resonator and muffler and instead of resonator weld it flowmaster super 44 series. Amazing and aggressive sound. Love it! Disent price👍🏻 Staff and workers friendly, helpful and professional. Recommend Martin's Automotive everybody.

I needed a place to have some exhaust tips welded on and couldnt find a place that seemed to my standards until i stumbled upon Martin’s! Their pricing was about where I expected it to be for the work that was done, and other work similar ive had done at other shops. While we did run into other issues (Caused by another shop) they were amazing and communicated everything with me. Even wrote up a new quote for me to make sure. Very friendly staff and workers. Will be back for sure! I treat my car like my baby so its nice to have people who really do care about doing things right, and honestly

Best mechanic shop I’ve ever worked with. I’ve had work done in several states on several vehicles, and I can say confidently this shop is a standout. Honest, reliable, and reasonably priced service for your vehicle. They have kept my 98 Subaru in mint working order and will have my business as long as I’m in the PNW. I was being quoted 2k+ for a job that Martin’s did for 500. If you’re considering getting another estimate, give these guys a call!

Fabulous! Went in with catalytic converter issue. Karl provided clear information about my options. Helped me understand the car process and answered every question with a smile. Feeling no pressure, I chose to get a diagnostic which gave clear direction as to the exact converter having issues. Instead of changing all 3, which had been advised by 2 prior mechanics, only 1 needed to be replaced, saving about $3,000. He kept his word of communicating throughout the process and met all schedules. The hourly rate is a little high, but the quality of service was well worth it. I have found a trusted, honest mechanic. They are hard to find. Thank you so much!

Called around 1200 about an issue with my muffler and stressed that I needed the repair ASAP as I comute long distances for class and was told to come on in. When I arrived, my vehicle was promptly inspected. I was informed about and viewed the issue. I was given options for the repair. Buyer beware! If I could give Geraldo be zero stars I would. In the past, we had good rapport, but this last time I went in, for braking/steering wheel issues, which didn’t get fixed, he ended up telling me I needed a new timing belt and I had a leak, no photos were sent. (I knew this fix was coming and I knew I had a leak, but he made it seem much worse) He replaced an ABS sensor as well, though it did not fix my original issue. He also told me he was gonna fix my door panels and he put screws through the leather and through the frame of the doors, I did not approve this. I didn’t even get a phone asking if he could put screws in my doors. The total we spoke about at the beginning of working on my car was going to be $1685, the total I ended up paying was $2044. The price went up without even so much as a phone call, no photos of the work being done. Then when I asked for hard copy receipts of the parts that he put in my car he refused to give them to me. He said he does not have to give me any receipt receipts (which unfortunately in the state of Washington he does not have to proved,)and he can charge me whatever he wants for my parts. My itemized statement is very vague. Be VERY careful when dealing with this company.
