Gave them one star but truly they weren't worth that. Paid $596 for repairs. Work done was decent. Price was fair. The problem was they took it upon themselves to rethread my studs without notifying me this was a repair I NEEDED performed.WHO DOES THIS???? I saw the negative reviews. Heard the negative stories. Decided to give them a chance because HE gave me a chance. Took my tires off to see what was done and it was ridiculous. First. This rethreading was a ploy for more time. I asked them to do additional work on my mom's car and would have given them more time if they asked. Went back to the shop because I couldn't get all my lugs back on my rim. After trying for over 30mins. Mind you I went in with all my lugs on. While explaining this to the owner. One of the employees stated they didn't do this. Smh. Worst of all his wife comes out and attempts to threaten to hit me in the face with a stick if I didn't leave. WHO does this?? Never was I loud or using profanity as they were. I have after market rims with thin spacers. These ppl DONT think! They think they can do whatever they want with your property without ANY accountibility. I would never let an engine shop do anything to my studs, rims or wheels because that is not their specialty. The owner says he's been working on cars for 30yrs he should know. Well. As I said. I've been buying cars for 35 yrs and you don't touch ANYONE'S car without notifying them FIRST. Truly I was hoping for an honorable encounter and not this horribly backwoods unprofessionalism. This rethread job is the $200 discount you see on my bill.

Every experience is amazing! They always get the job done. The price is always fair, and they are not a shop that will do something to your vehicle just to keep you coming back, they don't have to because they are the BOMB.COM and they have plenty of customers. I love Martin's Motoworx and Goliath 🥰😍!!!

Got my A/C repaired quickly and for an affordable price. Very professional and not just lip service, but ACTUALLY went out the way to make you truly cared for. Waiting on the other car to break just so I can take it here! The highest caliber of service.

I would recommend Martin Motorworks to anyone for their car care needs. The Staff is very friendly, and they truly care about their customers, and their needs. Every time I have an issue with my vehicle, they take care of me. Sheree is the best. Thank you for making me feel like family.

I took my 2018 Chevy Sonic in to replace the Turbo, and they replaced it, found the port was leaking, told me immediately, replaced that. Then they found a leak in my A/C, called me, then fixed it. They changed my oil,, made necessary by the leaking port.. They are very friendly, professional, and it feels like home when you walk in. I have no issue recommending them to anyone. If you are part of the Repair Pal network, they take care of it all after you report your damage, and make your appointment. Love these people.

Martin's Motorworx is the place I go for maintenance on my car and truck. They are knowledgeable, efficient, and fair on pricing. The customer service is great and friendly - people who care about the work they do and the customers they serve. I would DEFINITELY recommend them if you care about your car or truck.

The worst customer service I’ve ever experienced in my life. Dropped my car off and wasn’t advised it would be held overnight, reached out the next morning, was told I would receive a call, an hour before closing still hadn’t received a call. Called back to back with no answer. Finally went in to check on my car and they had just started to look at it. Lied about my cars deductible. Told me that my warranty company changed their policies. Caused damage to my car and upset with me for being honest. Yelled at by both of the owners for simply trying to inform them of my concerns. Will never visit this location again.

I hate leaving a negative review about a business because I know it can affect their livelihood. But this place is just there to take advantage of people. We had our car brought there by tow truck and went inside to ask if they could pull the codes to check what is wrong with the car and they said it would cost $135 just to look at it. Literally right next door O’Reilly’s has a sign out front that says “Free Diagnostic Readings,” so we said that we’d be right back and went over to see if O’Reilly’s would pull the codes before we committed to paying the $135. As the gentleman was coming over to hook up the code reader the mechanic/owner came out and said we had to get the car off their lot! We were shocked as we had been super polite and I think most mechanics will pull codes without a charge. I know a “full diagnostic” involves more than that, but this place realized that we weren’t just going to be another naive customer they could take advantage of, so they wanted nothing to do with us. Honestly I wouldn’t do business with this place, as they are just looking to make money and don’t care about their customers in the slightest! The staff was VERY rude and hostile once they realized we weren’t going to immediately agree to checking in the vehicle. Glad we found out before we agreed to having our vehicle repaired with them. They definitely are the kind of place that’s just in it for the money, looking to prey on stranded people. Thankfully the vehicle was still able to be safely driven and we were able to take it elsewhere. In response to the business owner below… I am not the vehicle owner, I am his uncle. I had no idea how long the vehicle had been there, but the tow company was instructed to bring it there by the insurance. I had not even seen the vehicle so I did pop the hood to see if there was something obvious wrong. I don’t think that’s an unusual thing to do. Also the $65 is only if you agree to having the vehicle worked on, which again, we only wanted the code reading to see if it was something simple. We were polite when inquiring and yes as I was stepping outside to talk to my nephew I did say something like “$145 for a code reading is high” but I was not rude and didn’t raise my voice to anyone. You came running out to our vehicle when you saw the oreillys guy from next door trying to check the code and told us to get our vehicle out of your lot. You can try to explain it every which way, but you were very hostile and I was just trying to help my nephew not get ripped off. Please feel free to share any video you would like of the encounter for the public and I’ll be happy to take down the review if I am not correct about how this went down. We were not working on the car in your lot and had physically been present for less than 10 minutes by the time you were shouting for us to leave.

If you’re looking for honest mechanics, look no further! I brought my car in for a second opinion when a dealership quoted me $850 for an “issue”. The mechanic looked into the issue and even showed me where there was no problem. I will gladly drive out of my way to support this business!

The only place that I will take my vehicles in the future! They are some of the friendliest people whom were able to fix my car where other places could not. Dropped my car off and by the end of the day they figured out the issue, parts came promptly I had my car back 3-4 days later. 10/10 would recommend after have shopped around for a good mechanic the past few years!

For starters, I was not able to get my Mercedes worked on at Martin's because of a part that was warrantied at another place, which was a nightmare. I first was referred to Martin's by RepairPal, part of the CarMax warranty group. I have to say that I have never had any auto shop work so hard to accommodate me. I had a lot of questions and I when I first called, Ms. Amber answered the phone. I found her to be very informative about the process that Martin's uses to work on warrantied cars. She had no "um's", "well's", or "not sure's" when I asked my questions. She was well informed and presented professionalism on the first call. As first impressions are so important when you're trusting your car to someone, I immediately knew that Martin's was the place I could TRUST. Ms. Amber (I hope I have her name right) told me that I could take my car there ASAP and it would get looked at as soon as they could get my car in. As promised, Ms. Sherry got on the approval process for the warranty work. I got the first call from her the next day, first thing in the morning. She explained everything to me... she was really on the ball! In addition to phone calls, she was very , very communicative every step of the way through email and text messages. She was patient and careful to make sure I knew what was happening through the time my car was in their care. I know that there can be a lot of back-and-forth with companies, but she was relentless in her advocating for me and sent me an email summarizing what her communications were with the warranty company. The first garage that I took my car to (that I ultimately had to take my car back to) did shoddy work and as such, she went to bat for me and tried to get her company to do the work for me. Of course, nobody wants to have a broken down car but it makes such a difference when you know you can trust who you're leaving your car in the care of. Unfortunately, I had to admit defeat and take my car back to the original garage. I can't believe how much work Ms. Sherry and Ms. Amber put into my case, EVEN THOUGH they didn't end up getting my business. I hope I never need them, but I will exceed the speed limit to get to Martin's and get the work done right! Thanks to everyone there. AAG

Car troubles are always really stressful for me. Amber at Martin's Motorworx was so kind on the phone she instantly put me at ease. The prices are very reasonable and they are willing to work with you on payment if that is an issue. 10/10 will be using Martin's Motorworx again.

I went to motorworx because they were the closest repair from where my vehicle was being towed from, and I am so happy that played out the way it did! From the beginning they extremely friendly and helpful. My car was under a warranty and they worked directly with the warranty company to get my vehicle repaired. I was so thankful when they took it upon their own to fight for me when the warranty was denying my repair. The young lady’s at the front communicated very well, they sent pictures of progress and were very thoughtful to my concerns and how my car in the shop was affecting my personal life. It’s not often you find a place with that amount of personal Touch! I would go back to them for any repair in the future. If anyone has a repair, these folks are straight shooters! 5/5 stars!!

Martin's Motorworx is an honest and reliable shop. They offer overnight drop-off service and keeps you up to date on diagnosis and repairs. The entire experience was worry free and they let me know what my car needed with no gimmicks. Diagnosis process was easy. I came in for a CV boot repair and they let me know the axle needed replacing. I went ahead with the service and my vehicle was back within two days. They noticed an additional issue while driving the vehicle and did not force me to make a decision. When i was ready, i came back and the service was completed in just a few days. Top notch service!

Quality work at a fair price. They use good parts, not cheap stuff. Worth the price to get it right. Kept me informed as the work progressed. Coils, plugs, brakes. 2 months later all is well.
