I'd rate this place with 6 stars if it was possible. I called up requesting 4 used tires and was on my way one hour later same day. Maybe I was lucky and the business wasn't swamped but that has been one of the simplest, efficient tire changes ever in my life. The associate even pulled out the tires and allowed me to pick where I wanted them replaced. This will be my go-to tire shop from now on.

I have a hard time trying new places and mostly don't trust reviews, but these guys did a decent job and what surprised me was that they told me 20 min and they only went 2 min over. That's not bad at all. I will give them a 2nd change to see what happens next. I like to experience multiple times and not just once. I work in customer service daily and word of mouth is the best. Stay tuned for the next repair rating.

Vincente and his brothers are honest and will take care of you. Their prices are very reasonable and they're fast at getting you taken care of. Great place when looking for tires. I saved around $100 when I got 4 new tires here at Md Tire & Auto. Stop by and give them a try. You'll pay more elsewhere.

Saw comments about how dirty the waiting area was, so what it's a used tire shop it's not a four-star restaurant. They're awesome at what they do. Which is tires and auto.so if that's what your main objective is your car you've come to the right place. But if you're more concerned about a waiting room appearance rather than your car you might want to go somewhere else. MY EXPERIENCE AT MARYLAND TIRE AND AUTO, WAS GREAT!!! I personally went on a Saturday at noon and they close at 1.PM.. (this is a very busy time.) No problem, I decide to come back early Sunday morning. I beat the rush. I showed up early at 9 a.m. I WAS THE FIRST CUSTOMER OF THE DAYI!! Someone came to help me. He took my car and by 9:20, I had two tires put on the front of my SUV. Very nice people. Awesome place, I highly recommend. When the time comes for me to get my rear tires I will be coming back.

I called to verify they had the tire size I needed which they did. Half an hour later I arrived (no appointment necessary) my car was taken immediately and 15 mins later I was on my way. The "used" tire was an exact match and looked brand new. Super fast and friendly staff and all for under $50! Couldn't be more pleased. I informed the salesman I would write a good review! Well deserved!

Place was great!! Went in for 2 tires got them reasonably priced, Installed for free & service was fast. Loved the fact I could get buy my tires, get them installed & balanced for free!!! I was in & out in about 30 mins. No appointment necessary! They do brakes oil changes as well!! They also have a payment plan.... Ask about it I will definitely recommend this place!!! I will be getting other services done here

These guys are amazing. I've been coming to them since they were at the old location and am happy to see their growth into this bigger location. Very honest, very knoeledgeable and very good value on repairs and tires. I mean REALLY good value for me who is very poor. Also they speak Spanish!

I DONT NOT recommend them for this reason because of the quality of service. Cool place if you need something fixed quick and you can wait inside the building but other then that I won't be bringing my car back. I took it over there to get and alignment and possibly more work on it. But the only thing that happened was they drove my car to back and left the car door unlocked with the key in the front seat. It sat there for 4 hours and throughout those 4 hours. I went back after 2 and called after 3 an a half hours ask if there was any work done on it yet and they said they have not even touch my car. But I get home and my whole wheel well fender is out of place. I called them after I had notice and the owner Mauro is just laughing on the phone. I DONT NOT recommend them for this reason because of the quality of service.

If I could give this place minus ⭐️ I would. Awful service poor communication. The person that was suppose to be helping me basically didn’t want to help me from the jump. He didn’t research what size wheels that would fit my car. He ordered the wrong size then basically said oh well we will just cancel everything. He didn’t even try to find the right size wheel for my car. They wouldn’t respond to my calls or texts, I had to pull up on them. I asked do you treat all your customers this way? I figured it out this company here only looks out for their own people if that makes sense. That’s the impression I got. Mind you I waited 2 weeks for these wheels and got nothing. Wouldn’t recommend this place to anybody unless YOUR THERE KIND OF PEOPLE.

Friendly, helpful, honest staff, and reasonable prices. I discovered MD Tire and Auto after the "chain" tire shop down the street told me I would need to wait five hours before they could examine and fix a slow leak in my tire. MD Tire and Auto was able to fix my tire 90% faster than the chain tire place. Since then, they have become my go-to auto repair shop in Frederick.

Finally found a tire shop I can trust! After visiting three other places in town that tried to oversell me on a brand new tire i didn't need, Maryland Tire & Auto was refreshingly honest from the moment I walked in. The staff was knowledgeable. They even showed me exactly where the two nail where and removed, it's rare to find a business that puts customer needs before profit margins. When I do need new tires, I know exactly where I'm going. Highly recommend to anyone tired of being taken advantage of by dishonest shops. Integrity like this deserves to be supported!

Driving my RV and had flat tire Friday late afternoon. Asked gentleman in garage if he could look at it. They were busy but he quickly said it was a bad valve and he removed my tire, replaced the valve and had me back on the road in no time at all. So much appreciated the great service!
