I needed a small part replaced and they got me in the next morning and the work was done before lunch time. I really appreciated the care they gave me (including photos of the work they had done). Rafael was professional and friendly and definitely knew his stuff. It isn't the most beautiful or well kept front office but the work seems top notch and I'll be returning in the future.

They also do Emissions and registrations. I dropped off my car for a inspection, paid $45, went to pick it up it was ready. Emissions $35.

Looking for a “new” car is not fun. This team made me feel a lot better about the car I was looking to purchase. They let me come in on Saturday with no appointment an hour before closing. They were very thorough in their inspection and Rafael was super helpful. He gave me tips on what to ask the car dealership and what to expect from them. They didn’t charge me a crazy amount like other mechanic shops had quoted me the week before.

The car mechanics are good, professional and explains all the details. However last time at the reception I was charged a high extra for a basic inspection of a specific problem I was having, which is usually done anywhere as part of a multiple point inspection. Not coming back sadly, the mechanics do are good but not wanting to get overcharged again.

I don’t know if I would recommend this place. I have a 2013 Jeep that has been having overheating issues. Earlier this year the engine started to overheat so I came upon this mechanic shop and figured they seemed like a reasonable place. They ended up changing the radiator as that’s what the problem was at the time. I picked my car up and 3 days later, the car started overheating and leaking coolant once again. I took it back and they advised it was now a cracked hose that they must of missed. Okay fine. I gave them the benefit of the doubt and had them charge me now for that so they can fix that issue. After that, I didn’t drive the car for about 2-3 months, just let it sat as I was using an alternative vehicle. When I started driving the Jeep once again, it had the same issue, it was overheating. I called, and advised that my car was once again overheating. I took it in as I figured it might be the radiator and since I had warranty on that part, it made sense to me. Nope. This time it was now the thermostat. I said okay fine, let’s get that fixed and they did. A couple days later my car would not blow warm air when I had the heater on. I was like man, it may be a faulty thermostat, but I did not want to go through the hassle of going back and figured maybe I needed to drive it some more. I drove it for a few days and the heater was working fine once again. Fast forward about a month later and my car is now once again wanting to over heat when I drive on the highway at high RPM’s. This would be the 4th time having the same issue. After this I told myself I would rather take it to a Jeep dealership instead, regardless of the price. I would rather have this issue resolved right away then go back to a shop that has only made me spend a lot of money on an issue they either cannot fix or have done something for my vehicle to constantly have the same issue.

This place was amazing. I was on freeway and a huge tire came up from another car and hit me. I pulled over and noticed something leaking. Had no one to call but my father in Virginia, he said to be safe I should get it checked out. I pulled in here and they looked at it immediately. I am grateful for the time they took to look. That right there says a lot. Thank you from the girl in a panic.
