Had a decent quote from another tire shop but they couldn't get me in till the next day. Talked to my foreman and he suggested Big O tires. Said they would get job done asap. We showed up and got a better quality tire and an alignment for the same price. Then they called and needed to replace two ball joints. Said it would be 5pm to get that all done. But that interfered with my schedule so they told me they would put two mechanics on the job and get my truck ready by 4pm. They called me at about 3:30pm and truck was ready. Im so grateful I got this done today so I can get done what I need to. Thanks Big O tires for taking care of me and respecting my schedule when the job got bigger than planned. This happens with Roofing now and again. Truck drives nice and smooth with new tires, new alignment and new ball joints. Thank you Thank you for your great service!!

Hey y'all I'm so sorry to leave an upsetting review. I didn't have the best of experiences here with the manager Trevor. I recently purchased some new wheels from this location in and had to return them due to some a recent death in the family. We needed the money for a funeral. It was 30 dollars to ship each wheel multiplied by 4 wheels from Colorado to Utah then back To Colorado from utah. We ended up paying over 200 in shipping to cancel the order. I feel like Trevor wasn't really upfront about the whole situation and even offered to buy them in a month. Trevor then said "It's not my fault you changed your mind" knowing full well about our personal circumstances. It's pretty upsetting to see this and all I wanted was to meet in the middle somewhere. I'm glad Trevor saved Big Os a 100 bucks. You just lost lifetime customers. I will be sure to warn anyone and everyone about the service I recieved here. Also Preston helped me buy them and nothing but confidence and respect with him. His manager I believe was Trevor just was nothing but rude :( it's 100 bucks man. I was about to spend almost 2k. Let's do the math.

The Moment I Pulled Into the Parking Lot of This Store #44070 I Knew This Place Was Unlike The Most Big-O Tires in Utah County. I Assumed that with One of the bays being open that I can just pull up...but Anyway before I knew it Jeremy in Sales met me in the mechanics Bay and immediately Took Care Of ALL My Needs And Offered THE BEST THAT BIG-O TIRES has to offer to their customers **BUT AT COMPLETELY FAIR PRICE TOO😃*** Honestly although, ALL I NEEDED WAS ROTATION before I realized all the other problems I had so long story short he didn't Upsell or bother me but instead took care of things I didn't even know we're the issue in the first place! Service advisors are very kind until they have to solve a problem, at which point some feel brave. Unprofessional and dishonest technicians, these “technicians” inappropriately placed a lug nut in my vehicle and said nothing. Days go by and I realize that a lug nut is very open and of course I hire another company to fix it and I bring them the bill for their mistake and of course no one wants to pay for mistakes for some reason the manager is never present and is not able to resolve a problem. such a simple problem. My intention is to warn you, please check in detail before removing your car from here, because they break things and they will not tell you, think if after coming here you have to come more because "something else failed" think twice maybe they broke something . I'll be here waiting for the manager's response, and you know who I am. Oh Your boys destroy too much lug nuts? to know who I am.

This location only wants your money I went in to have my electrical system diagnosed, I already had a good idea of what the problem was and I told them what was going on and they told me it was going to be $165 for the diagnosis and I even questioned if it was going to cost anything more then that and the guy told me no so I let them run the diagnostic test then I’m sitting there for two hours before they came to me with the answer to the problem which was a exactly what I told them was wrong and the only thing they did was splice one wire together and they ended up charging me $375, I literally had to talk the manager down to $300 and then when I picked my truck up there was power steering fluid leaking from the reservoir god only knows why the manger didn’t give me a specific reason why it was there I highly recommend going elsewhere this place is a scam.

Every time I need to get anything done on my car whether it’s tires, brakes, suspension or accessories I will ALWAYS go to this specific location of Big O. They are CRAZY fast, super affordable, very accommodating and provided the best customer service possible. I was blown away by what a great experience I had, they told me it would take about 2 hrs to finish my truck but they got it done in 30 minutes. Before you assume that I was asked to give a review for some sort of the benefit, the answer is no. They didn’t ask me to say this but they went above and beyond to help me which is hard to find these days. Overall these guys are rockstars and I will always use them in the future!

We were on our way from Ogden to Mesa. The brakes felt squishy. We felt like we needed to have them checked. We saw the North Orem store and stopped in. They got us in right away (this is on a Saturday afternoon.) The techs found that a new brake caliper was leaking. They replaced it and inspected the system. The brakes still weren't working right. After looking over the brake system, it was found that the master cylinder was not working. They stayed an hour after closing and finished the job. Jeremy, Trevor, Keller and the team are fantastic. It’s not easy to find a True Honest Mechanic now a days. As soon as they helped me, explained everything I needed to all now. Even showed me what was wrong with my vehicle. It’s been 2 weeks and my car still running great. The dealership I got my car from had put the wrong oil into the Power steering. Which could ruin my engine and burst the pipes. If I took it to my dealership, they would’ve charged me to fix everything. But because I went to Tire Nation Auto Shop. Saved me my money and got an actual real quote. 💯 recommend! I live in West Valley, I’ll drive to Orem to get my ride fixed.

I was in for a quote on a set of tires which I received. That said I needed a repair on one of my Big O tires. However, the job was rushed, the repair was shoddy and the issue was not repaired. Mind you these tires were under a Big O warranty. As a repeat customer I was treated very shabbily. I no longer purchase Big O tires. I replaced these tires at another store that wasn’t Big O. Moreover I have since bought three sets of tires for my other vehicles, and guess what none were sold to me by Big O. Thousands of dollars in purchases at their competitors. Your loss Orem Big O. I will never return to Big O.

I left a bad review previously and I am so sorry. That was before everything else. They replaced my purge valve under warranty. They fixed the air fuel sensor and my spark plugs for $800. I had just replaced my spark plugs but fuel made them all black. Still sad that my car is still having issues after making repairs since November. I’ve dropped a good $1800 already on it in repairs. Only the purge valve, spark plugs, and air fuel sensor were done by Big O Tires. The rest my uncle and someone else did. Big O Tires recommended I take it to the dealership due to it dumping fuel into the engine. It’s now a computer system that needs reprogrammed. I’m glad they changed my mind. I just wish the repairs would end.
