We went in expecting battery issues, and left with a laundry list of repairs. Even though the bill was hard to swallow, it was more than fair for the amount of work they put in. We’ve been taking our vehicle to a mechanic regularly, but they would only look at what we said was wrong. We aren’t car people, so we really need someone who is willing to diagnose the problem and not just cure the symptom. They did a full check of the vehicle and took care of neglected maintenance issues. I feel comfortable and confident that it is in good shape driving it away today. Will be making Maurice’s our regular mechanic shop from now on. They treat you well, show you pictures or actual items that are the problem, and leave the car clean as you drive away. Highly recommend.

I wish Maurice's was in Houston because this would be my auto shop. Had a problem with my truck while visiting Lakeland, needed it fixed fast to get back to Houston on time. Maurices's had my truck on the rack within 30 minutes of arriving. Gave me an estimate before noon and had me out the door the same day. Excellent work for a fair price, Good communication and a very nice waiting room. The most impressive thing was how friendly and family like everybody working there was which makes a difference in their pride and performance. They're joking with each other and the customers, greeting each other, Helping each other. It's clear they work together well as a team, and to me that makes a difference in the outcome. Maurice is personally involved with customers , helped to expedite things when he heard my situation, much appreciated.

Had a variety of work accomplished over the last few months. They did a good job diagnosing and fixing a shutter my vehicle which a different shop was unable to troubleshoot. I also had brakes done here. Had an issue with an unrelated brake component shortly after and they gave me a new set of pads and a rotor on the affected wheel for free under warranty. Very friendly family run business that I recommend often to my Lakeland peers.

Took my car here after getting a flat tire and not knowing where to to take it!! The guys ordered me a new tire that was available the next day to be put on. I was in and out of there in less than an hour. The guy working on my car offered to take the border off around my license plate so that I don’t get a ticket!! I had a tire actually come off the rim on my corvette!! I’m in the middle of nowhere and was happy I had bought an AAA membership. I called them and Maurice auto repair for a new tire. He had to go an hour away to get my tire. After 9 calls and AAA NOT HELPING. I called back Maurice and he sent a tow truck right out and 35 minutes later I’m done!! No hassle even for an out of town customer! If I lived close , this is where I would go!!!
