Thank you to Wyatt, Robert, & Jacob for your quick and professional services! You all were wonderful! I came in to get tires I had bought online put on my rims and then installed on my car. Not only did it take then under an hour (more like 45 minutes) but they were all very polite and kind during the whole interaction. I even had the chance to overhear expertise from Robert while waiting in line. He was explaining to another customer tire sizes/rims and how they can or can't fit together. It was very impressive and I was relived to hear my car was in good hands. Thank you all for your help! I would recommend this place if you are looking for tired help!

When I went in to get my tire fixed I spoke with Jay. I didn’t know if they would be able to help me since I did not have an appointment. Jay assured me it wasn’t a problem. He was very polite and helpful. Tom was the man who fixed my tire and placed a plug in it to keep it from losing air. They completed all the work in less than 45 min. They didn’t charge me anything.

I'm so happy with the service I received! I bought tiers here a few months ago for a great deal. Today my tire was low on air so I took it in to get checked. Jay showed me a screw that was in the tire and they plugged it up for me. They fit me in the schedule, fixed it and got me on my way! I'm glad I got my tires here, they take good care of me. Excellent service!

I did not have an appointment and just walked in to have my light bulb replaced in my headlight (I had my own bulb). It took a little longer than they expected to fix. They ended up having to take the grill off. They were very professional. I was expecting to have to pay for the labor and time they spent. Instead they did not charge me for the work they did. I stopped in on a Saturday afternoon because I had a screw in my tire. They were very busy but said they could help me but it would be a bit of a wait. Only a half hour later it was done. Considering how busy they were, this was quick. I have spent more time waiting to speak with a representative on the phone and some places. I give tom and Jacob 5 stars for their customer service and efficiency and will definitely use them in the future. You guys were the best. Thank you.

Had a tire pressure light come on for both back tires of my f350 while hauling a 7000 lb forklift. Stopped in quick to get the back tires at 80 so I could make it safely to Carlisle. I had a 24 foot trailer as well. I’ve never been here I was just passing by. Thought for sure they would say no because of trailer and what was on it. Not only did they say yes they refused to take my money. They stopped what they were doing to help me for free. Not only that, they actually had to take their hose out of the garage because my trailer wouldn’t allow me to get any where any other customers cars should have been while receiving air. There was nothing convenient or super easy about them stopping what they were doing to help me but they did anyways and very willingly at that. I will always call this place first now and give them 1st shot at pricing out tires for business and personal specifically because of how they treated me today. I don’t ever do reviews but these guys deserve the business. Thank you Mavis Discount Tire in West York from everyone at Bobs Intowne Spas for helping us get a very important piece of machinery to a Carlisle Expo we were setting up last week!

CORPORATE WILL NOT RETURN MY PHONE CALLS OR EMAILS!!! ITS A JOKE!!! ALL I WANT IS FOR THIS COMPANY TO OWN UP AN PAY FOR A NEW RIM!! 🤬🤬🤬🤬If I could put negative numbers I would! 🤬 They were supposed to balance an rotate my tires, well guess what they BROKE THE LUG NUT IN HALF now I have a half a lug nut STUCK on my wheel an no one wants to help me fix it!! They are all a damn joke! An will be sued for my new rim that I have to replace thanks to them! All they said was sorry that happened an didn't charge me for the balance. Unprofessional an will be calling corporate! Highly angry! THEY DESTROYED MY BRAND NEW RIM!!!!!
