Can’t say enough good things about this shop. They’re always able to work me in, their appointments and time estimates for completion are always very accurate. The management team - Jaime, Brandon, Dave, are always courteous and the techs do a great job. Just genuinely good people. Last time I visited I forgot my laptop in the waiting area. They made sure it was kept safe/secure till I could come back and retrieve it - that’s integrity and service above and beyond. Both management and techs will tell it like it is and won’t push you to get services you don’t need. They take you into the shop and actually show you what they’re seeing on your vehicle so you know they’re not pulling your leg. A couple times they’ve said “You’re going to need X service soon, we can do it today, but if you can’t afford that now, you can probably get by for a couple thousand more miles,” or “Hey, this is a legitimate danger, you need to get this fixed ASAP.” But they’ll listen and work with you and won’t pressure you into a decision one way or the other. That’s rare to find these days. They also offer a military discount (or other discount if better than military) and are willing to match & beat competitor prices from the local dealerships for services like oil changes and alignments if you can show them what you were quoted. If it’s something they can’t match, they’ll tell you up front, so no surprise charges. Reliable, fast, reasonable, and genuinely kind to be around. They don’t tolerate nonsense from their mechanics and won’t keep anyone on who’s not doing a good job or not treating customers well. They’ve earned my business time and again. Pretty much every Mavis I’ve been to in central New York has been similar, but these guys stand out. Best basic maintenance place in North Utica.

Once done he and the team were very professional, gave me the right recommendations, never trying to offer unnecessary work that would waste my money like other places in the area would do. Amazing place for getting almost any work done. They were very great at doing the best for me and keeping me updated. Also the team there is so nice and welcoming it’s such a great place to be. The entire staff was very great at communicating. Would highly recommend coming here. They also gave me amazing options and exactly what I was looking for and gave me no trouble at all. If anything it was a pleasure to be there. I think Dave was his name and Jay worked the hardest to get my car done effectively and efficiently.
