Was told my tire would be patched, however upon inspection I found it had only been plugged. I have a plug kit I could have done that myself. I was also told that my rear alignment was out due to bad suspension, I took it to a much more reliable shop that showed me the live alignment reading that showing that it was not out of alignment whatsoever. This all felt misleading and unprofessional. Based on my experience, I would not recommend this shop.

I recently went to Mavis to request a free inspection because my car was not starting without a jump. I explained battery and starter was new. About several employees were able to come a assist. So they were able to come to conclusion that it was my cable bolts to my battery. They confirm everything was good and they tighten up bolts to battery free of charge.

I was so impressed with the service here!! I had recently bought a used Jeep and discovered after getting a flat tire, that there was a tire lock on my spare. Unfortunately the key was not with the Jeep when I bought it. I had gone to another tire company to repair the tire. They were unable to get the lock off my spare. The dealership where I bought the Jeep was also unable to get the lock off my tire. The staff at Mavis was so helpful. I called and spoke with Justin. He told me they would definitely be able to help me. I took my Jeep there, and the staff was so helpful and friendly. Corey and his team worked hard to get the lock removed!! I was so impressed with their work. They were so helpful. They removed the lock, and made sure I was safe to go. Needless to say, I am purchasing my new tire from Mavis instead of the other tire dealership. Mavis has a new loyal customer thanks to the friendly and helpful service that they gave me!!

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I had a great experience at Mavis Tires & Brakes. I spoke with the owner over the phone before arriving, and he was very helpful and reassuring from the start. When I got there—just 40 minutes before closing on a Thursday night—the owner personally helped me and got a mechanic on my vehicle right away. Cesar, the mechanic who worked on my vehicle, was outstanding. He fixed my brakes quickly, explained everything clearly, and the price was very fair. The service was fast, professional, and honest. I really appreciate the team going above and beyond to help me so close to closing time. Highly recommend Mavis Tires & Brakes, especially if you get the chance to work with Cesar.

I had to have a tire replaced in an emergency situation only 10 min before closing almost 1 hour from home. Duff at the 1279 Celanese Rd Rock Hill Sc location waited on me and the tow truck to replace the tire so I could make it home and not be stuck at night alone waiting on someone to pick me up. This also prevented me having to get a ride back the next day from 43 miles away. He also recommended a comparable replacement tire based on my driving needs.
