I have been waiting for over a year for a refund from this company. I ordered an easy Link through them they could not get it therefore I asked for a refund now over a year ago I am still waiting for almost $1,000 to be refunded this is crazy it's ridiculous I've been patient. Update they have returned my funds. There was an issue with an old employee that robbed them blind.

There was one repair I was concerned about and I didn’t know if I should fix it or not and he was honest with me instead of trying to charge me more. First time ever sending any of my cars to a mechanic. 1962 bug told him to look it over and see what we need to make it street worthy. Towed it to his shop. Ed called me told me what was going to have to be done. He explained what was wrong and what he had to do to fix it gave me a price for everything individually. I approved the work. Called me this Friday told me it was ready to be picked up. I even picked it up on his day off!!. Drove home and all around town and everything is 💯 percent. Thank you so much Ed! From the Gutierrez Family! You have a customer for life Buddy! Also before I even took my bug to his shop. I called into the shop told him what type of issue I was having when I was working on it myself and he led me in the right direction to fix it. Unheard of. I travel in a 1984 VW Vanagon. I recently replaced the origanal engine with a Go Westy 2.1L. I had approximately 5,000 miles on the new engine. I decided to drive from Ohio to Huntington Beach, Ca to see my Mom. The van felt a little sluggish on the big hills out west, I decided to have a professional VW mechanic give it a tune-up. I walk in with no appointment, I'm only in town for 2 days then back to Phoenix, explain that I am a traveler, Ed is very understanding and askes me to leave the van at his shop for the day and he would work it in. I came back a 4pm and the van was being taken out for a test drive. Everything checked out fine but the timing, it was advanced 5 deg, this should help on the big hills. I'll find out today, heading to Big Bear next. Now i have peace of mind while traveling the next 3,000 miles back to Ohio, I take bake roads btw. Thanks Ed for being a great human, good job.
