Went there over a month a go to get an estimate to fix the van. I have called many time and sent emails requesting status. They have ignored my emails and never returned my calls. I see that they are selective on who they serve.

We cannot say enough good things about they guys that work at McCrays! They have been a lifesaver, our RV broke down Friday morning and unfortunately were not able to get it towed to them until after they were closed but amazingly someone was there after hours and was gracious enough to let us park it there for the weekend. Then monday morning after hearing we were basically homeless living out of a tent they went out of their way to get the problem fixed that same day!! The gentleman that was helping us, *Gary* was so helpful and accommodating, we are so thankful we were recommended to them!

I take my company work trucks here and they do very reliable repairs and we get our trucks back in a good time frame. Tony in the front is amazing with customer service and always keeps great communication with the status of the repairs. I highly recommend.. 👍🏻

Today I went there to change for my semi truck. They took my truck inside done oil change. They gave me $602.94 bill. I checked bill but they didn’t replace fuel filter and water separator filter. I asked them why they didn’t replace those filters. They said I didn’t request. I asked them replace that filters as well. They brought fuel filter and water separator filter from dealership. Then they replaced those filters and gave me another $328.44 bill. So totally they gave me $931 bill for only oil change. Yes they are kind people absolutely. But the service they perform and charges are not from this world. So be warned before come here for oil change.
